Not only did they confirm appts before, but they texted me letting me know they were there to pick up at 0300, but when they stopped at Albany airport too. They took away from their personal Christmas time with their family to make sure mine was picked up and home safe on Christmas Eve. They are a little higher than super shuttle or ubers, but definitely more comfortable and more reliable.
