White Castle is still the King ! Love the "rat burgers" and the fries and vanilla shake. Expanded menu ! Quick service and live the white ambiance. A American Tradition!

I grew up on whiteys so I love anytime I'm back home I get a whopping order of everything I can think of. The steamed burgers are heavenly, the fries crispy, the union rings divine, the Dr pizzle fizzles. What more can you ask for! The service at this particular location is awesome, beware of other locations in the area. The ambiance is frighten White Castle get outa hea! Park and eat and shadapppp! Plenty of parking lot space for private munch a thons with friends!

Coming from a "southerner" this was my first time at White Castle & I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The workers were nice, friendly & patient. The restaurant itself was very clean! The food was hot (like so hot I had to wait for it to cool down before I could eat) & fresh! Overall ... 10/10

Chicken Slider Combo Two cheeseburger sliders
    Dee D.

I arrived a little after 11am on a Tuesday, as I was craving White Castle (or was it an Orange Hi-C?). Once I pulled up to the drive through, I noticed on the menu that the Chicken Slider combos offer 2 sliders, while the original slider combos offer 4. So, I ended up ordering a regular chicken slider combo with two cheeseburger sliders with just cheese and onions. For the Chicken combo, it was around $10, and the cheeseburger sliders were about $1. 35 each. For Northern New Jersey, that's about par for the course these days. The chicken sliders were quite tasty, but I'm glad I asked for mayo on the side, as they were a little dry. That, and the fact that I was charged $10 for what equated volume and quality-wise to a McDonald's McChicken Meal was a bit disappointing. The fries weren't bad either, but the cheeseburgers were really a disappointment. The outside of the buns were nice and soft, the burger was well seasoned, and there was an abundant amount of cheese. The problem was that the bread innermost closest to the meat and cheese was a soggy mess. I know that they're steamed, but it was a bit jarring to go from tasty to soggy upon every bite. It was so unappetizing, I didn't even finish the second one. All in all, I'd say whatever love affair/honeymoon phase I had with the brand is over at this point. Even if I'm in the area, Sonic seems a better value.

First time trying an actual White Castle and man, I was so excited. Walking in first and for most there was caution tape around the entire dining room. The restrooms were closed to the customers and I was shocked at the prices. The fries were okay the sprite was flat and the burgers were disgusting. The frozen ones you buy at the store were better but that could be bc I use Heinz ketchup and not their brand which was toooooooo tangy. Will I go back 100% no. Customer service was mediocre but food was bad.

The Habit (Located inside Walmart & Costco Shopping Center)…read more2 Teterboron Landing zero Teterboro, NJ 07608 $6 Gotta Habit Meal Deal: 1/2 BBQ Chicken Sandwich Tempura Green Beans Fountain Drink I came across one of the most cost effective and tastiest lunch specials. This specific deal was not advertised throughout the store, but I discovered it while searching the in-store menu kiosk. This prix fixe deal includes the following menu items: 1/2 BBQ Grilled Chicken Sandwich: The sandwich was piled with multiple toppings and serve in toasted sour dough bread. Although this was only a half a sandwich, it was still fulfilling for a standard lunch. Tempura Green Beans: If you are looking for a twist on french fries, this is the perfect pick! In lieu of potato, string beans are cooked in crispy tempura batter. It is a win-win if to have them plain or with a dipping sauce of your choice. Fountain Drink: Wash your meal down with a beverage of your choice ranging from Pepsi products, iced tea, or limeade. If you are feeling thirsty, free refills are an option. The Gotta Habit meal deal is the perfect portion if you are looking to have lunch without feeling overly full. It will definitely hold you over until dinnertime. If you are looking to vary your choice, an $8 and $10 special is also available. #thehabit #gottahabitmealdeal #gottahabit #bbqchickensandwich #tempuragreenbeans #$6gottahabitmealdeal

We were one of the first parties to walk in, the host took us to our table right away. I was mezmerized by the gorgeous interior, art and decor of the place. They have a huge full service bar as well. The menu had few choices in each of the sections of appetizers, sandwiches, burgers, pizzas, salad and entrees. I ordered the bulgogi tacos from the appetizers section, that came with 2 tacos filled with slices of flavorful bulgogi steak, topped with some pickled carrots and cabbage. For entree I got the NY strip melt sandwich. Again the sandwich was filled with delicious steak pieces, caramelized onions, cheese and aioli. The bread they used was really fluffy and thick, but I was glad it was the soft brioche kind. The seared salmon was cooked perfectly with beautiful char all around. Loved the virgin pomelo drink so much, I got two of them. The service was good overall. Our server was friendly and did a good job attending multiple tables simultaneously, including ours. The dishes came out within decent intervals. Overall we loved the lunch experience, and look forward to returning again in future to try some of their other dishes.

Decided to try the fish and chips today and the fish were really bad. I guess technically edible. Not going to kill me, but not appetizing at all. To add insult to injury, they don't serve it with tartar sauce. How do you serve fish and chips without tartar sauce? I think they have potential, but really need to try harder. Especially with consistency. I don't hate them, but I definitely don't love them.

I was excited to check out this local sports bar in Lodi after seeing all of the positive reviews…read more Honestly, it was a little underwhelming for me. Maybe I just ordered the "wrong things". Either way, my experience didn't live up to the hype. I visited on a late Saturday night. There's a parking lot behind the restaurant. The entrance can be tricky to find... It's located in the back on the left-hand side. The exterior and interior are both pretty dark, dull, and dingy. It's not the most inviting atmosphere at first. It has a divey, industrial, and rustic vibe to it, but hey... sometimes the best food comes from places that don't look like much. So I try not to judge. It wasn't too busy, and the service was attentive. The menu has your classic American comfort food - wings, pizza, burgers, sandwiches, etc. They switch it up with daily specials like skirt steak, chicken parm, and pasta. They have a full bar with cocktails, drafts, bottled beers, can ciders, and wines. You can even do a four-beer flight and make it a tasting experience! I ordered: *Dark & Stormy Cocktail [Goslings Dark Rum, Ginger Beer, Lime Juice] ($14) - Not the best one I've had, but it was solid. If you like ginger and rum, this is a must try. The dark rum has hints of caramel which works really well with the spicy ginger beer. The lime juice adds a citrus kick, so it's a really refreshing drink. *Margarita ($18) - As a tequila girly, I've had my fair share of margaritas. This one didn't do it for me. It was a little too sour/tart, which overpowered everything else. *Cubano Sandwich [includes roast pork, black forest ham, swiss cheese, pickles, mayo, and mustard with side of fries] ($16) - I wasn't expecting an authentic Cubano from an American sports bar, so my expectations weren't super high. This was good, but not great. The pork was flavorful, but could've been more tender. I wish there were more pickles and mayo for that extra tangy crunch. The bread was pressed a little too hard, so it was a bit tough to bite through. *Double Blackened Chicken Breast Sandwich [includes pepper jack cheese, chipotle mayo, red peppers, and red onion on brioche with side of fries] ($18) - This was huge and filling! They did not skimp out on the protein. The brioche bun was soft and buttery. The chicken was well seasoned - smoky and savory with crispy charred edges. BUT... to my disappointment, the inside was dry and not juicy at all. Another small issue was the ratio - There was so much chicken compared to the rest of the toppings, so it wasn't the most cohesive sandwich. It really needed more cheese and chipotle mayo to tie all the flavors together. The fries were the best part - thick, crispy, and golden! It's decent bar food, just not the best I've had. Nothing was bad, but nothing was great or memorable. For the price, I didn't feel it was worth it. I do appreciate that their food is served piping hot and fresh. To be fair, this is probably the perfect spot for beer lovers. I happen to not be one, lol. The burger options sound popular and promising too. I'd consider giving them another shot for Happy Hour or to try a burger, but it's not at the top of my list. Just because it's not the sports bar for me, doesn't mean it won't be the one for you.
