We used White Dove Company for a few months to come clean our small office twice a month. Despite previous reviews about punctuality, in our case they were never on time. We would even have to take our time to text regarding their eta (see image uploaded). They started out strong with cleaning what was agreed upon but that quickly deteriorated. Overall, the cleaning was average. They never cleaned the windows, conference room table top or dusted off certain agreed upon areas. The vacuuming was the only efficient and well executed task. I had to remind them to make sure to clean the bathroom floor properly since it was being consistently subpar. It felt as though our small office wasn't a priority and was a rushed job therefore, we decided to cancel our services with this company. The professionalism for this company was not very good. They just came and cleaned(questionable ) my house . Owner was accommodating when I showed her what was not cleaned . The daughter in law said the house gets cleaner every time we come ? How about the first time ? I took a white rag and cleaned the floors. Never seen so much dirt. It had the imprint of my hand. She said I didn't want my tile floor scratched? Duh but how about cleaning , using elbow grease . She actually said we can't get down on our hands and knees , we would not be able to do this job for long ? 5 people for 6 hr total to clean kitchen , 1 bedroom , 2 baths and entry way . Although the mother in law was sweet , the daughter in law had to stick her nose into the whole situation because she said she had to defend her mother n law . What about doing the job right instead of making excuses. She said it's not right to take a white rag and test the floor to see if still dirty ? It gets cleaner the more times we come ? Seriously! After reaching out via text, we had the owner here at the house for an "estimate". She explained things well...what to expect and what not to expect. I was told she's in our city of Monrovia on Monday's and Tuesdays. I asked for Monday and it was absolutely no problem. I asked for bi monthly...no problem. She quoted me $150 for the first clean and $120 thereafter. Monday's were good. I contacted her asking if the Monday's could start week after next. No reply. I texted again. No reply. I interviewed Sheyla last Saturday morning, showed her around my home. It was in SERIOUS need of a deep cleaning. I felt like Sheyla really understood not just the "how much" of cleaning my home needed but why i wanted it cleaned. And she didn't judge me for my reasons.
