Sam was amazing and did a great job, after fixing a few things my house I decided to have a good locks on my house doors, call the few places to get a quote and to be honest I got confused, one business recommend one lock second business recommend a different one the third said "there is many locks in the market depends which one do you want" since I've know nothing about locks it was hard for me to understand and I didn't know what decide until I called WHITE EAGLE LOCKSMITH. Sam was very nice and patient over the phone, he answer all my questions and tried to explain to me the the differences between regular lock and high security lock, after a few minutes of conversation he ask me if I want to make an appointment with him so he can come to my house to give me a free estimate and show me a few options. Sam arrived on time he introduced himself and was very sweet, I told him I want to have good locks he showed me a few options and recommend the the high security multi lock. Always fast and reliable, Sam has saved me from being locked out twice now. The first time was at 4am, and he was the only locksmith willing to make a house call. Not only that, he arrived in good spirits and didn't seemed bothered that it was the middle of the night. The prices are a bit expensive (especially at 4am, but also at 5:30pm on a Thursday), but his expertise is worth the price. Punctual (assured me 30 minutes, even in rush hour traffic coming from Sherman Oaks to Brentwood), no damage to my door either time, friendly with my roommate, and gets along with my dog- definitely nice qualities if you're going to have a stranger in your home. Locking yourself out can seem like it's going it ruin your whole day, but do yourself a favor and store Sam's number in your phone or another easily accessible place- you never know when you might need it! read more

Thank you Yelp for helping me find a great locksmith. We locked ourselves out of our car and Sam (who picked up the phone) gave us a detailed quote and answered all our questions for a bunch of different scenarios. But like all the other reviews, the real great thing about this guy is their prompt service. I expected to wait at least a few hours but Sam told me he could be there within 1 hour. 30 minutes later, Sam called and had arrived to help us get into our car. When I accidentally locked myself out of my house, I turned to yelp and found Sam from White Eagle Locksmith. He was super nice on the phone when I told him what happened and gave me a time frame of when he could arrive. He was really easy to work with and even corresponded with me through text message. I called Sam to re-key my G35 because my keys had been stolen and even though he was busy he showed the same day. He was honest about his availability and communicative until he showed. After a 9 hour flight I returned home to realize I didn't have my keys on me. It was 1am and I had no way to get in my apartment. I randomly found Sam online without reading any reviews. I guess I got lucky. He came right over. He was extremely sweet, understanding and well priced. I did call one place before him and they were short, annoyed and wanted double of what he charged me. Sam provided excellent customer service. I had a complicated security Key and was unable to find the menu facture after doing an extensive online search. He was able to find a dealer that could make additional copies for me in no time! If that were not enough, he actually came to my house to pick up my key and the security key card, Took them to make the copies, and delivered everything back to me the next day. The Yelp reviews about Sam don't lie...he is the real deal! Sam is honest, on time, polite, and very fair. We had Sam come to our business to change out and re-key several locks. We changed things up on him just a bit when he got there, but he rolled right with it, offered us solutions, did the work fantastically, and charged us a very fair price. He even threw in a few extras for us without us asking and gave us some very good money and time saving advice about copying keys. Had an old safe that we needed opening and the lock replacing. Spoke with Sam, the owner, over the phone and he was able to tell me exactly how much it was going to cost and and what the options were. He was very professional and courteous. The most honest and ethical locksmith in town .I had a great experience with them. I needed to replace a lock late at night and they were at my door in less than 15 minutes. When I first moved into my new house I was a little worried about who had copies of the house keys. I have a wife and 2 little girls, so i needed to make sure they were safe in our new home. Highly recommend! Sam arrived on time to give me an estimate. We agreed on the work and on the agreed dated he again showed up on time and went to work on the four elderly doors that needed not only new locks but in two cases a retooling of the catch devices. I inquired about re-keying my locks to match and Sam responded very quickly. The next morning he came to the house and completed the job. The original estimate was modified slightly due to one of our locks being more complicated and an old key being broken off inside from a previous owner.
