They carefully weigh out their lobster and lightly dress it with mayo prior to putting on the bread. My wife enjoyed it, but said it's not a lobster roll she would ever get from them again. I had the crab role which had plenty of shredded crab meat, but very light on the mayo and I felt underwhelmed. The place was worth trying, but not something I would go out of my way to purchase from again. You do get a bag of chips with your meal so there is a positive note.

We knew once we met Elaine we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. She is wonderful. The rest of the staff the worked at the event were excellent. They were fun, engaging, polite and friendly. They led the electric slide during some dancing. They also worked incredibly hard while they were chatting with us and all of our guests. They were always asking can I get you anything. They all went above and beyond during the entire night. The food was great. We had lunch while getting ready. It had sandwhiches cheese fruit chips and drinks. These people stole our life savings and provided no service and don't even have the decency to try to make it right, even though we were just asking them to provide the service they agreed to right up to the end and tried to be flexible and work with them when they expressed that it would be challenging for them to do so. We ordered the basic buffet service and they went above and beyond, offering to bus tables in the back of the house where we had separate beverages and appetizers, and even making a 40 min round trip to get a new tap when our keg wouldn't work. The food was absolutely delicious! We had the lobster bake and land lover's grill. Everyone who attended loved it and many went back for seconds.
