A no show for 1 of the shifts. Buy the second week.There were no showers given to my 95 year old mother, who has dementia, on some shifts. Her hair was not washed and bed not made, as well as laundry not done. Stolen food from my mother's refrigerator on the third week!! I personally purchased the food and put it into her refrigerator. One of her trusted caregivers informed me that within 72 hours the food was gone!! When I called the agency to speak with upper management, I was given a Coordinator supervisor who submitted this information to the compliance team. This action created more disappointment because my request to be heard by upper management was not met! The fault does not lie with the coordinating staff but the hiring staff. The screening of the caregivers lacks tremendously!! This organization has a large flaw , which is finding trustworthy and honest and loyal givers. The language barrier is huge. October 30th, 2025 I called the owner at the suggested number and extension several days ago. To this day , the owner has not returned my call , nor did he have a representative calling on his behalf. I was given a name of Ruealb? I found the compliance department follows up on their time frame but not on more pressing issues such as the food theft and tardiness. Specific policy: crushing large calcium tablets so that my mother is able to swallow easier? This not a medication! Very frustrating!! Communication is still lacking between connecting sections in the agency.

My neighbor, Mr. Chen, a 30 year member of our tightly knit Forest Hills street took ill four months ago, and I had slight reservations (mixed emotions) about going to see him even though we spent a lot of time together over the years. A stroke hit him quite hard and I was told that it severely hampered his memory, that he does not speak and that he mostly confined to rolling chairs and mechanical beds. Nursing homes always feel like Gods waiting room to me, they sadden me as the next step seems so near. Attached tubes to veiny bodies, hollowed screams down long halls and the empty eyes fluttering about are all abound. Bedford is smaller in scale, attendees and health care workers are on the go, room to room, activity to meals, smiles beaming when they look up to greet you. I found this to be the continuous theme from my arrival to my departure and the end result? Peaceful minds, content eyes, friends and family's gratitude. His tone was almost joking, and struck me as very inappropriate and unprofessional. As he continued to look at the ultrasound machine, he then rested his right hand on my right thigh. He kept it there and squeezed my thigh several times as he explained his observations on the ultrasound machine. He then proceeded to move his hand farther up my thigh just shy of my vaginal area. I felt very uncomfortable for the remainder of the appointment, and fear that he may have other victims of this awful conduct.
