The True Problem with white glove is that my mother gets 7 days a week. She also hasshort term 4…read morehours snd then long term which is 8 hours. Before I transferred her there, I asked them if they could accommodate her with a bilingual Spanish/ English aide. That way when I'm at work, I can talk to the person in Spanish and not violate my mother's Hippa rights. In turn they will also be able to communicate with her in English. Well she has been left without an aide , sometimes the entire day. Other have sent people that Speak no English or Spanish. She has one girl now that's really good that works Monday through Friday, but on Saturday and Sunday she has no one now yesterday they sent eight who was sleeping off and on most of the shift until I had her go outside and take my mother out for some air. The time that she wasn't asleep because I had her get up. She was on her phone. It appears that they cannot accommodate us and with that being said, I'm calling the insurance tomorrow and make arrangements for change of Vender. Then Today the side that got here late , Walked out an hour early, real nasty talking about she is leaving and going to the office to get her assignment for Monday because someone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL called from the office and told her that she is not to return. She was nasty from that moment on. Then walked out an hour early talking about "WELL I AM LEAVING BECAUSE I HAVE TO GET ME AN ASSIGNMENT " I said you get off in an hour , and She said "WELL I DONT CARE, IM LEAVING NOW" I then said well I am calling the agency and she said I don't care what you do I am leaving. So could you imagine what she would have done with/to my mother if I was not here? I would hate to think. SHAME ON YOU STAR GOMEZ, LOPEZ, REYES !!!! (THAT IS HER NANE UNSURE WHICH IS THE LAST NAME, BUT IF YOU GET AN AIDE NAMED STAR, SUPPOSEDLY PUERTO RICAN BUT SPEAKS NO ENGLISH WITH A TINY PONYTAIL ON TOP OF HER HEAD BEWARE, OR IF YOU CAN RUN!!!!! SO WE HAVE HAD A JUNKIE, TELLING MY MOTHER ABOUT OPIODES AND TWO WITH FILTHY CLOTHES,ONE SNOR A COUPLE THAT STAYS ON THEIR PHONE, A BUNCH OF LIARS IN THE OFFICE, EXCEPT ONE ( LISA) THANKS GIRL FOR BEING AWESOME. THANKS PAMELA YOU TRIED TO HELP BUT ALSO PULLED THE "THE AID IS NOT ANSWERING" TO BUY TIME BUT OVERALL TRIED GOOD LUCK FOR ANYONEEEE THAT IS CONSIDERING THIS AGENCY

To a visitors eye, it would be as if the entire Pennsylvania Amish country came to Brooklyn, minus the horse drawn buggies. My neighbor, Mr. Chen, a 30 year member of our tightly knit Forest Hills street took ill four months ago, and I had slight reservations (mixed emotions) about going to see him even though we spent a lot of time together over the years. A stroke hit him quite hard and I was told that it severely hampered his memory, that he does not speak and that he mostly confined to rolling chairs and mechanical beds. Nursing homes always feel like Gods waiting room to me, they sadden me as the next step seems so near. Attached tubes to veiny bodies, hollowed screams down long halls and the empty eyes fluttering about are all abound. Bedford is smaller in scale, attendees and health care workers are on the go, room to room, activity to meals, smiles beaming when they look up to greet you. I found this to be the continuous theme from my arrival to my departure and the end result? Peaceful minds, content eyes, friends and family's gratitude. (Review was taken down Oct. 8th and after calling Yelp, they told me to re-post it)
