It is a beautiful decorated very Styles of clothing and colors are coordinated together so that you can find what you might like. They have great sales and markdowns up to 60% off and you cannot get this price for quality clothing in most stores. The staff was very welcoming eager to help. if you decide to visit toward my, I suggest you request the sales person my suggest that you request the sales person, Chris Cope she is incredible She is happy, joyful, and eager to help but not pushy. All I have to say is...Windsor ain't it. Tell me why the largest size Windsor has is a L, and I'm thoroughly convinced it's either a large for a child, or potentially a junior. I am a grown woman and nothing there fits me. Like girl...no. I was pretty sad because I had high hopes I'd find something semi-formal at Windsor, and now I was at a loss as to when, where, and for how much I'd find something somewhere else. I found Torrid a little further down the mall, which I was also kind of worried about because in the past I'd been too small to fit into their sizes, but given the day's previous events, decided to give them a try. The next stop was sifting through the racks at Ross hoping to find something. I'm glad I stopped in here first :) Taylor was very kind, understood my situation, and was able to find me a couple items that matched what I was looking for, that fit me. She was super encouraging and an awesome hype woman the entire time, checking on me and offering different solutions for dresses I liked but they didn't have my size in stock (I needed the dress like the next day so I couldn't wait, but it was super appreciated lol). None of that "ugh, you're too small to even be in here" crap (I'm looking at you San Bernardino Torrid -__-). Turns out I'm currently a 00 in Torrid sizes. I was able to walk out with a dress I loved, and the best part is that IT HAS POCKETS!! OMFG I can't even tell you how happy that makes me. My weight does tend to fluctuate all over the place, and I may again one day not be able to fit into the sizes, but I can def say that as long as I do, I will keep Torrid in mind. At the very least, they have super cute accessories, and Hello Kitty items at times! I had gotten turned off to Torrid from that previous experience (while in the store looking at a super cute Hello Kitty purse when I was size S), but I'm glad it was a one-off experience and the associates and atmosphere (at least at this location) are welcoming and super awesome. There is a huge selection of clothing and there are deals to be had, but you have to look. The store is quite attractive and there are at least 15 dressing rooms to try things on. The problem with the store is the amount of people. It took me nearly 20 minutes to check out. There were at least four registers going, but they couldn't keep up. After I checked out I noticed they overcharged me on one item. The tag had one price, but the computer had a higher one. They fixed the problem and blamed it on their corporate HQ. I really like their selection, but the checkout almost made me drop my items and bail. The store is great, but the purchasing process needs to be improved.
