February 16, 2025 was the first opportunity I've had to visit the Torrid store in Cordova Mall. Llocated in Pensacola, Florida and I am so glad that I went to the store. It is a beautiful decorated very Styles of clothing and colors are coordinated together so that you can find what you might like. They have great sales and markdowns up to 60% off and you cannot get this price for quality clothing in most stores. I had a great experience with Taylor and wanted to give her a shout out. I was visiting from Cali for a family wedding, and had just came from the Windsor store in the same mall because I was looking for a dress to wear to said wedding. All I have to say is...Windsor ain't it. Tell me why the largest size Windsor has is a L, and I'm thoroughly convinced it's either a large for a child, or potentially a junior. I am a grown woman and nothing there fits me. Like girl...no. I was pretty sad because I had high hopes I'd find something semi-formal at Windsor, and now I was at a loss as to when, where, and for how much I'd find something somewhere else. I found Torrid a little further down the mall, which I was also kind of worried about because in the past I'd been too small to fit into their sizes, but given the day's previous events, decided to give them a try. The next stop was sifting through the racks at Ross hoping to find something. I'm glad I stopped in here first :) Taylor was very kind, understood my situation, and was able to find me a couple items that matched what I was looking for, that fit me. She was super encouraging and an awesome hype woman the entire time, checking on me and offering different solutions for dresses I liked but they didn't have my size in stock (I needed the dress like the next day so I couldn't wait, but it was super appreciated lol). None of that "ugh, you're too small to even be in here" crap (I'm looking at you San Bernardino Torrid -__-). Turns out I'm currently a 00 in Torrid sizes. I was able to walk out with a dress I loved, and the best part is that IT HAS POCKETS!! OMFG I can't even tell you how happy that makes me. My weight does tend to fluctuate all over the place, and I may again one day not be able to fit into the sizes, but I can def say that as long as I do, I will keep Torrid in mind. At the very least, they have super cute accessories, and Hello Kitty items at times! I had gotten turned off to Torrid from that previous experience (while in the store looking at a super cute Hello Kitty purse when I was size S), but I'm glad it was a one-off experience and the associates and atmosphere (at least at this location) are welcoming and super awesome. very disappointed!!! ordered clothes for my vacation to pick up at the Cordova mall location. Went at 5:30 pm with a note on the door that says closed. I flew in from Dallas today 2/26 and leaves early on 2/27 for south Florida. Such a disappointment to not have my cute outfits I paid for to take with me . A heads up somehow would have been nice. Now to fight with customer service to get a refund since I won't be there in person now . read more

I first started shopping here because i have big feet and it's so hard to find cute shoes in my size. I wear a size 11. And then I stumbled upon this store. YES!! Cute shoes and they always have deals or I google foe coupons. Lately I've started shopping here. I wear a size 14 which equals to a size 1 here and they have cute clothes, underwear, bras, and lingerie. They also have jewelry too. They have a wall of clearance clothes too (even though that still ranges at about $30+). Prices are kind of steep (like $40 for shirts and so on) so I usually wait until they have a good sale. If you purchase online its free shipping to the store although it takes a while. Cute dressing rooms perfect for selfies because of the nice lighting around the mirror. You can get their card or sign up for their rewards and you get discounts like haute cash at times and a birthday discount. If I could give this place zero stars I would!! I went in there with my mother to help her pick out some summer shorts. At the check out the sales associates kept making comments about how " skinny clothes were cheaper " and it would be easier for me to find small clothes while it is hard for her to find clothes in her size. She doesn't know if I have a health issue that doesn't allow me to gain weight. Body shaming is body shaming no matter what size you are. read more

I cannot thank you girls enough! We've had such a rough past few months with our daughter and when I came in today I was honestly on the verge of a meltdown. The girls at this store made me feel so cared for and at home. Y'all really went above and beyond customer service today. I don't know who did it but thank you so much for my clothes!
