She was helpful and kept busy. And the girlfriend was really looking at the clearance rack and Dani would be like hey I'm putting these pants out on clearance now. And in my head I was thinking that she was just grabbing random pants off the rack or they were other pants that customers were wearing so she put a clearance tag on it just to appease us. I simply cannot brag on her enough, she went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in everything I was trying on & helping me find the correct sizes!! I have genuinely never had such a warm experience in a retail store before, and I will definitely ask for Felisha any time I go back. After she measured my mom, looking disgusted the whole time, she brought us 5 bras that didn't match the measurements she had just taken. She then proceeded to walk in on my mom as she was changing once she finally got a room to change in - no knock on the door, no "are you ready", nothing, just opened the fitting room. My mom has recently lost a good deal of weight and was hoping to get spend a good deal of money on new bras and we walked out with nothing and we won't be back. Unfortunately they didn't work for my shape, but if they did, I would be wearing one now! An offer to assist from a stylist came within minutes. When I explained why the jacket didn't work for me, rather than argue as some reps do, she immediately suggested a belt to give my waist the definition that was missing from the straight cut jacket. She clearly knew what styles would work best on my shape, as do I, and I was appreciative that she was seeing me as an individual and not just trying to push generic product to me. The clothes are well made and with very nice fabrics. Soft prints and lots of solids and neutrals. Many of styles of jeans available - high waist, mid rise, straight leg, wide leg .
