I've been a long time customer with White House Black Market. Love to shop the stores. I've been all over the states and various locations. This is the third time I have been into this location. Twice by myself and once with my husband. The first time I was by myself, I was treated different. Couldn't put my finger on it until the next time when my husband came with me to this location. We were followed around like common thieves, bothered repeatedly. I had items placed in the fitting room by staff, tried on, purchased and left. Very unwelcoming location. The third time, while I was within the vicinity, I brought with me a pair of jeans in which I had purchased at the Naperville Illinois location a few days prior. The metal "Whitehouse Black Market" tag had popped off the back pocket of the jeans. On June 23, 2025 while I was in the area I needed exchange these jeans without an attitude from Terri. She refused to call Naperville, claimed the jeans were clearance-which they were not, refused to listen to me, argumentative, rude, wasting my time. I called Naperville, was given the clothing item number, provided that to Terri however she still couldn't or wouldn't find online or order so I had Naperville hold the same pair of jeans because Terri wouldn't call and do her job, claims that these jeans are clearance-they are not, they are brand new, this store just did not know the the Whitehouse black market clothing that is brand new or not updated-whatever, not my problem. She claimed that no stores carried these. manager, Jenny came to assist and had to tell Terri to go in the back as she kept running her mouth and continuing to be disrespectful. The best part-lol is when she walked past me and put her middle finger on her face a flipped me off. How old are you woman that you are so caddy, disrespectful and think this veteran military cop is not going to call corporate and say something. Did the district manager ever call me to apologize-no. So here's the review that I promised would happen. Oh as to following a person around the store and attempting to demean our net worth wrong people folks to do that to. Might want to check some fact history on who we are and what we have. Regardless no one should ever be treated like this and at least I can say when I have traveled out of state and to various locations. I have never ever nor anyone I bring into store has ever been treated like this. Because of this I will no longer do business as a top tier purchaser with this store or any of their locations. I will never use this store again. This Is the second time the same sales associate cut off another sales associate and wanted to assist me, but all she did was argue with me, berate me and would not return my items. I asked for the manager, and she continued to fight with me. She said there was no manager there long and and behold the manager walks out I' left I would not do business with them and be treated this way. And on top of it the manager allowed the sales associate to continue to berate me as I walked out of the store I've already filed out complaint with White House black market six months ago when the same thing happened and this lady is still working there, do not go to the store. read more

I really like White House Black Market store. I especially love their outfits and options in the spring time. They have cute dresses and they are usually modest and fun. The store is a little pricey but the quality is really good. sometimes their sales are amazing and if you can get a couple items under $50. I had bought a dress and a shirt there when I couldn't find anything anywhere else that worked perfectly for a trip that was coming up for me. The location is prime for chill shopping. It's on the plaza with other stores like gap and a Victoria's Secret and Francesco's. There are other food places around like a egglectic café for breakfast and Warren Ale house and red mango for dessert. Super cute shopping center around to shop around when you come to White House Black market. read more

I like this location the best because the staff is excited to work there, they're helpful, and they have better discounts and selection than the Naperville location. Although the layout of the mall is a little odd, I've never had a problem finding parking nearby. Great walking location (outdoor mall). read more

This is a smaller location but it's close to work and right next to the salon where I get my hair done so it's convenient. The ladies who work in the store are all super helpful and very sweet - I've never not had someone greet me or ask if I needed help when I come in. Some of the other locations have very pushy staff and I have not found that to be the case here. Nice selection of items, even if they may not carry the entire range in the store. read more

I've always enjoyed great service from employees of White House Black Market stores, but I want to give an extra shout-out to manager Robin and sales person Sam. The Wheaton store is not my local store, but I traveled some distance to purchase some jeans I love. Both gals went to considerable effort and time to locate the jeans I requested by making several phone calls to other WHBM stores and even to corporate. I do not like to shop and find it difficult to put outfits together. I visited this store last week needing some new outfits for a trip I'm taking. I walked out with three outfits - complete with accessories and shoes. The two sales people who helped me were phenomenal - providing me with lots of choices and giving me honest advice about what looked good and what needed adjustment. read more

I must say this store was like finding a diamond in the rough. The clothes are as beautiful as the people that work there, inside and out. Meg Grimes is the store manager and she makes you feel welcome from the minute you step in the door and until you leave. She is an amazing manager and truely cares about your needs as a person and your budget. Laura is so much fun she is one of the stores stylists and let me tell you, she can put a beautiful outfit together for you in no time! She was wearing these 1/2 leopard and 1/2 black boots, and asked if they had them in stock. They did and I bought them at a wonderful discounted price and have received so many compliments on them! I refer everyone I know to the store too! The last time I was there I met Erin and she was so incredible too, and patient. She was awesome too! I cannot say enough great things about this store, the clothes, and these ladies, they will keep you coming back for more! Not to mention, there awesome sales and clearance items they have!
