I was extremely disappointed as it appeared pretty old and outdated in comparison to the newer buses of many other companies. My driver was great, and although I realize it was not her fault, the speaker system did not remotely work at all. We had to spend a ridiculously long time trying to even connect to the speakers. It should not be that difficult and complicated to connect to bluetooth. I am an IT major and have technology background and still could not get it to hook up. Once we finally got connected, we could barely hear the speakers and they sounded fuzzy and broken. We all rented the bus in order to have a good time and celebrate a birthday. If I had known the speaker system would be so bad, I would have bought 8 Ubers for much cheaper than what I paid for the bus. Very disappointed with my experience here. We tried to make the best of what we had to work with but all of my passengers told me afterwards that it was the worst bus they had been on. It being my birthday party, I wanted everyone to have a good time and this made me feel very badly.

We rented a party bus to take us from Grand Rapids to Detroit this past weekend. Prior to booking,…read morethe customer service was good. I was able to negotiate the price for the group we had and booking was easy. On the day of, our driver was about 20 minutes later than the scheduled pickup time. Once we were on the bus and on the highway, we realized one window was cracked and was not sealed around the edges. At one of the rest stops, I pointed this out to our driver, Scott. He said he would stop and get something to fix it. Because it was so cold, we ended up "fixing" it ourselves with what we had - Meijer bags and paper towels - to keep the cold air from coming in. Prior to doing this, everyone was freezing and it was almost unbearable. The other issue was that he did not have the main door latched all the way, so there was cold air from the front and back of the bus. We were able to fix the window enough that allowed us all to be comfortable and still enjoy our time. Though he was late, we made it to where we needed to be in time. Everyone had a great time and Scott was very nice! It was just a little frustrating in the beginning because you are paying quite a bit of money for something.

We had made our guests' welcome bags with the shuttle information prior to the event and we found out the timeline that we had sent to the shuttle company a few weeks prior never was approved by their team. We ended up having to rent an additional shuttle to make our flow of events work. In addition, we had an after party and the bus had no music on it. This just led to a quiet ride and bored us a bit on the ride back to town. Having some tunes would have helped! They did what they had to do the day of and executed just fine.
