This hair that I bought from White Label is Trash! I paid $540 for their fake "RAW INDIAN HAIR" and It is the lowest quality hair that I have ever purchased and it is advertised as the highest. They are scamming people. This hair 1.) Is nappy and tangles with the slightest blow of the wind or movement so much so that you can't even run your fingers through it without your hands getting stuck in the hair!! Imagine that!! Only synthetic Halloween wigs behave that way! 2.) CANNOT be dyed!! My stylist dyed the hair BLACK. Mind you the hair came dark brown so This is fairly easy to do. Yet, the black dye rinsed out within one week by the very next wash and was brown again!! 3. The hair sheds like crazy!! My floor was covered on strands of hair every single time I attempted to style it or deranged it! 4. Barely lasted 24 hours let alone the 24 months that they advertise as how Long the hair would last. It was completely unusable and unmanageable by the end of the week. I had to take it out and throw it away. I was so angry!! I was scammed! There's no ifs or maybes about it!! This is a fact!! White Label LIED! And they KNOW IT!!! Look at their website! They even clearly have three other lower quality hair that they sell and charge the most for This one because they say this is the best. White Label Extensions are a total scam/fraud. The company will take your money especially if you buy hair samples but you won't hear anything back. My suggestion is to find a trusted source of hair vendors on Alibaba that hs years of experience in transactions and check customer reviews. Lesson learned. read more

SYNTHETIC This is the worst hair EVER bought in my life. Here's my story's I purchased a wig for $447 it was horrible. Shredded so much that it became extremely thin. I sent them pictures cause I barely had it a Month & they offered to send me a replacement, clearly they admitted fault by sending me a replacement. The replacement was worse then the first one they sent. I asked for a refund they said "no, they did their diligence by sending me a replacement" another terrible wig. It's not real hair. I purchased 4 products from this company on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 10:34 AM (eastern time) for $284.55 USD. Their policy states that once payment is cleared, I will receive my package in 4-6 business days including the 2 business days to process my order. On Wednesday, February 12, I emailed customer service for an update. I was told that I would receive the tracking number on February 13 and my package is expected to deliver on the 6th business day, Monday February 17. They concluded this email with "if you have additional questions or inquiries, please email us". On February 14, I had not received any tracking information notifying me of a shipped package so I emailed once more requesting a tracking number. This email was ignored. I emailed again on February 14 to express that this package was needed in a specific time frame and that I would appreciate a response to my questions. I ended the message, stating that if their policy could not be upheld, I would like to issue a refund as the product would not arrive on time. This email did not receive a response. I then sent the company a direct message and commented on their post on social media once again requesting someone to contact me to resolve this matter. I received no response and my public comment was deleted. A few days later, I left another comment on a different post voiced my displeasure with their customer service. This comment did not receive a response but other comments praising the business were promptly responded to. On Tuesday, February 18 I discovered that my package has not been shipped and the company blocked me from viewing their products on social media and commenting on any future posts. This indicates that my posts and inquiries were viewed and I was blocked from further exposing this company's inefficiencies to other potential customers. To this day, I have not received a response from this company, my package has not been delivered to USPS (all that is showing is a pre-shipment label initiated). $300 may not be a big deal to them, but to me it is devastating to spend that amount of money with a company who then blocks you from communicating with them and ignores your inquiries but promptly accepts your payment without delivering the goods as promised and in the time frame indicated in their policies. read more

Worst customer service ever. I emailed and sent DM's multiple times on Instagram regarding and order I have placed and received no respond. I got no confirmation that my order was placed but they did charge my credit card. After one week I then decided to complaint on one of there posts on IG and they deleted the comment and cancel my order. read more

I never received my package. I asked nicely so many times and still no response so of course I had to send a mean email, and still no response. I will have to see if I can dispute with bank. I'll never order from them again based on the poor customer service. read more
