This is the shift I needed. I have been suffering from anxiety and mild depression for sometime now that my doctor was ready to medicate me. I am very skiddish about taking new medications so I wanted to seek out alternatives. I watched a YouTube video on reiki and felt compelled to try it. I was always curious about Reiki since a friend swore by it. I've been wanting to look into alternative medicine. Some history: I've experienced a lot of trauma & loss, and tend to have negative self-talk and worldview. These were things I actively wanted to change. Soraya came to me highly recommended by two close friends. She was and is so warm in all interactions, whether it's in person, phone, email.
