I interacted with three or four of the staff during my visit and they were all friendly and efficient. They offer free coffee and tea all day,(including iced coffee) and cookies. There's a continental breakfast served in a cute basket. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I thought the prices were fair, particularly as it's going into their high season. I have some mobility issues, so was looking for an accessible room. Room 106 is listed as accessible with a walk in tub, but I'm not sure I'd classify it as really accessible. It's a largish room, but they have replaced the walk in tub with a traditional tub. I don't recall seeing a bath seat, but not 100% sure about that. I had originally booked this room, and when I said I would have trouble with getting in and out of a regular tub, they immediately offered me another room, which was actually an upgrade. Many of the rooms have separate showers, but they aren't roll in. You need to step up slightly to get in the shower. I enjoyed staying in the Village and did some fun shopping and had some good meals. The employees on the property were very friendly. I'll definitely be back.

It was my birthday but also my fathers birthday who passed away . I didn't want my mom home and wanted to just get her away to make it less sad . Shannon was the beautiful soul who checked us in. She accommodated our requests honestly went over and above to make sure our stay was the best it could ever be and it was . Shannon I don't know if you read this but we will remember this stay for the rest of our lives . On my father's birthday there was knock on our room door and Shannon has left us a basket with different treats from the village. Red wine cheese spreads chocolate truffles wine glasses in beautiful basket with a big red bow. I opened the door and see this I start literally crying how beautiful it was with the Christmas lights in the background plus our room being on the water it just was a movie set. My mom still talks about it and I can't express it enough how grateful and thankful I am for this memory. Shannon you truly did that for us . Prices are what you'd expect from a tourist location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to get food and beverages. Definitely worth the trip, but I understand it's absolutely packed on weekends. I have some mobility issues, but there are plenty of places to sit. I think most of the grounds are accessible for a wheelchair or baby carriage, but the ground is a bit uneven in places so you need to be careful. One thing to note is that most shops are not really wheelchair accessible, nor can they accommodate a stroller, although some have ramps. The shops are quite full of merchandise, so it would be hard to move around with a wheelchair or stroller.

When we arrived it was 40 degrees and raining and there was a chill in the room, but let me tell you, the heat is absolutely kicking and warmed up the room really well. Bathroom is great, huge shower and tub area. The tub is a double-soaking tub, but just be aware it's not so big that you can both sprawl out; you'll be sitting side-by-side with your legs crossed. But, plenty of hot water, really nice. The only minor quibble is that the wireless was a little spotty. There are multiple networks available and if you try all of them you can probably find one that does OK. All of the hosts were kind, welcoming, and super helpful, but I want to give special praise to Lori. My girlfriend has allergies and dietary restrictions and Lori took time to engage with us, understand what was needed, and provided a lovely safe delicious breakfast. Such a wonderful thing to not have to worry about the meals.

The staff offered no meaningful assistance or alternative accommodations. Even worse, the front desk employee was actually laughing while telling us this and casually mentioned that there were four other families still waiting to be informed that their reservations had also been canceled. Instead of getting settled after a long day of travel, we spent the next hour scrambling to find another hotel late at night. Because of the last-minute situation, we had no choice but to pay nearly double what our original reservation would have cost. To add insult to injury, the hotel had already placed a hold on our credit card, tying up those funds while we were trying to secure another place to stay. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. A confirmed reservation should actually mean something. We will never stay at this hotel again, and after the way this situation--and the lack of concern shown by the staff--was handled, we will be reconsidering Marriott for future travel as well.

Stayed here using Hyatt rewards in summer 2026. Overall it was a great option to be "down the…read moreshore" and near Atlantic City without being in AC proper. The self-parking situation was not super convenient, so we wound up using valet. I'm not typically a fan, but the valet team was very polite and efficient. Our room was extremely comfortable. Great AC, big beautiful windows with easy to use shades, clean and functional bathroom, nice TV with smart features, a mini fridge, and plenty of room. It seemed recently updated and well maintained. Some of the common areas (the gym, the rec room, indoor pool) looked more worn. Clean and functional but showing their age. The pool has a beautiful setup but does get quite a bit of shade and is unheated. Even during the extremely hot summer, it was chilly. Not for me, but the other kids and guests seemed to enjoy! They do have beach passes that you can borrow for free to a local beach, which is a great perk. The main draw of the hotel is definitely the golf course. There were corporate groups playing golf all three days of our stay and it was very busy. I do not partake and can't comment on the golf related amenities.
