Office staff is courteous and helpful. Waiting area is tiny, but since the wait time is usually very minimal that's ok. The professional staff is well trained and will go the extra mile to meet your needs. I usually see one therapist---I don't like change!---and am comfortable with her ability and recommendations. It is good to try to book appointments at least a couple of weeks out, but if you need to make a change, they will do their absolute best to accommodate you. Hours are good too! I've been able to get a 6 in the evening appointment when needed!

Every time we've been there it has been a good experience from the time that we arrived to the time that we were discharged. The staff was kind, professional, and efficient in treating us. I get that the have to take the more important patients first but seriously the lack of support they have there is insane , instead of bringing me back into an actually hospital bed room I was sat in a triage , and I know they had rooms because I saw atleast 4 kids being put in a hospital room while I sat there uncomfortably at 1:00 am not being seen in time I ended up leaving because my pain was so bad and at this point it was already 2:00 am and wasn't seen at all yet , this place fucking sucks and I recommend that you just stay home from you're pain instead of going to the emergency room where you won't be cared for at all . I immediately remembered why I swore to never come hete again. My doctor was inexperienced. I aas diagnosed with shingles. My skin wasn't examined. She looked from a few feet away and after I told her how it started, she backed away and said "That's definitely shingles!" Shingles, Doc, not leprosy. Today I called ClearChoise MD because I am in a lot of unexpected pain. They say, in order for the doctor presently on duty to prescribe anything, I'd need to come back in for him to examine me. I don't have another $160 when all my info from yesterday's exam is on file. Receptionist then tells me they don't prescribe narcotics, "so I don't know what you expect him to do for you". Unbelievable. If you cannot treat a person for what they go in for, then why would you take $160 from them knowing this. And in the type of care they offer it does say they treat any skin rash. In my opinion, treatment means helping the person get better for the illness at hand, not just sending one prescription out, not asking any questions about Pain or give advice on pain management. Clear Choise my ass. I am hoping to hear from the provider who is in today, to see how this continues.
