Personally, I have had two not great experiences but so many wonderful experiences as well. Things changed after the book came out (movie kinda explains why) and AVC became more large animals with pets being more a "side business". Yes the wait it usually LONG but you have to realize that is the nature of medical. It also says that a lot of people trust them with their fur babies. They have always been a "residency" vet for Texas A&M but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. I have had to go to ERs for animals and had a huge bill for nothing more often than not. Again, it is medical.

The lady at the front desk said, "Whoa boy thats going to be tough because we are booked solid today...." I have taken four dogs to your clinic over multiple years...but front desk lady didn't ask any questions or seemed to care....she just turned me away and told me to go somewhere else due to being "booked solid". I expected more from my local vet's office since I was a regular customer. However, there a lot of vet office options in my area and I'm sure they would happily take my business...booked solid or not.
