One big misconception is that everything is super spicy--that's not the case at all. The flavors are rich and layered, and if you do want heat, they're more than happy to turn it up for you. When you go, take a minute to ask what's on special and have them explain some of the dishes. It makes a huge difference. Not everything is the same, and trying different options is part of the experience--you'll enjoy your meal a lot more if you lean into that. I've been both during the day and at night. If you go during the day, hit the buffet--it's the best way to sample a wide variety of dishes and figure out what you like.
