I walked in and saw the little candle was lit and they were getting the room ready...., I didnt wait long before I was called into that room and I just became overwhelmed wondering if I was making the right decision.... the staff member asked if I would like the doctor to look at her and I said yes...,,, long story short, this OUTSTANDING doctor gave her a shot to stop any nausea and some fluids to hydrate her..... I apologized for taking up their time as I saw how super busy they were and not one person made me feel like I had been a pest..... they all totally understood how I was feeling..... I drove back home feeling much better knowing I had done everything possible, so if Sofie passed away, I wouldn't wonder should I have done more. Sofie slept so soundly that night and the next morning got up and ate and drank water and has been doing great ever since........ I can't say enough positive things about this vet clinic...... it is waaaay more than a Five Star rating.... I absolutely TRUST them with my fur baby and when it's time to put her down, I wouldn't go anywhere else except Tyler Vet Clinic!!!!! They told me to bring him the next day. We took him in as instructed and they didn't have him down to bring him in! I never received a call back the day before but finally did get a call on Tuesday asking for authorization for charges estimated to be between $700-$1000. I agreed without hesitation. I received a call from my wife 2 hours later informing me our cat had died! I called the veterinarian and had a conversation and she explained what had happened and was apologetic that they didn't call be back the day before and have me bring him in. I'm confident our cat would still be alive had we received appropriate and competent guidance on Monday. I picked up his remains on June 23 and paid the $127.50 bill. The only reason I gave one star is because there is not an option for ZERO stars.
