Wortman agreement said they covered me for ten years but now I am sweating my butt off and having to pay another vendor to fix it. If I could have found them when they shut me out--I would have sued them for breach of contract. Instead I have to find another vendor to service Wortman's equipment. Initially, I was just 'pleased' with the service that his team provided. The guys were all very courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves. Well, I'm no longer just pleased, I'm ECSTATIC with the service that this company provides! A year after I had the minisplits installed, I tried to use the heating function that was in the seldom used unit. The unit was only blowing cool air, and I was worried about getting hassled by the company for not bringing the issue up sooner. Larry completely understood (or didn't care since he was going to make it right anyway) that I just never ended up using the unit that winter, so I couldn't have known about the issue. Larry sent the techs out, they found that it was out of refrigerant, fixed the issue and everything was up and running again. Until... Someone in the house must've bumped into the unit and caused another leak of refrigerant. We didn't find out until almost two months later. No worries, Larry sends his guys out, they isolate the problem, and got me back up and running. I was just happy with the communication and that my problem was fixed, but then found out that Larry wasn't even charging me for ANY of these additional visits a year after install! Couldn't recommend this company more.

Yes every company has its bad things and it's bad reviews and everything else but above all and everything they do an awesome job of taking care of their customers. I've been in the industry for over a decade now worked for countless companies where I would have to go in and do warranty work for months on calls that nobody could figure out that people sold knowing that nobody at the company probably could figure this out. So you can only imagine how infuriated these customers must have been. So actually for once in a decade quite literally it was nice to actually go into a company and not be bombarded with warranty work that nobody can figure out for months on months with customers that are very fed up and have just paid thousands of dollars for basically nothing.

They have been doing the maintenance agreement on it for the last three years. My unit started acting up on July 13, 2023 so so called them out. They said the TXV valve needed to be replaced and charged me $581 in labor to change out a valve that took 2 hrs at the most to change. A few hours went by and I noticed the unit was still not cooling properly so the mechanic came back out and discovered that he didn't put enough coolant in the first time. He added more coolant and then the unit seem to work OK for the next few days, but went right back to struggling to keep the house at 72° and would not drop below 75. Had them back out the third time and this time they blamed it on too much Freon. After adjusting the coolant level later, that day, I noticed that it still was not cooling down to 72°. True Blue refused to come back out and told me to get a second opinion. I would never ever use these guys again. This unit is only 4 1/2 years old and prior to them coming out on July 13 it it always operated efficiently and would shut off quickly for the last three years. Not even sure the TXV valve was bad in the 1st place. I will also tell you that they did a horrible job of coming out to service the unit twice a year because two of their techs tried to get away without taking off the top of the unit and clean the fins from the inside out on the exterior unit. They regularly turn over there techs and the general manager is very rude and just looks for any reason to blame the homeowner instead of standing behind the unit's warranty and taking ownership of the situation. Very unprofessional company. Even their phone personnel are rude and short with you. do yourself a favor and skip over True Blue's phone number. One of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.
