While looking at what we had, he pointed out to me that there were areas not closed off and heat was being drawn to then unit. After sealing off the areas, I noticed an immediate difference in the cooling of the upstairs area. I e-mailed, thanking them for the estimate, and for the courteous technician that had pointed out a big problem. Turns out that the technician was the owner, Steve Price.
