After asking around for recommendations, I decided to give J&T a try. I've had nothing but great experiences since! I usually wait at the shop while my car is being serviced. My car is always serviced very quickly. I'm usually in and out in under 45 minutes. The shop is small but does offer Wifi and snacks. There's also a small TV in the lobby. The only downside to me is the location. Spring Hill is a bit of a drive for me, but I feel like it's worth it for a shop that I can trust. Overall, I feel like the cost is pretty comparable to other shops in the area.

I called him back the following Tuesday (10/26/21) and by this time I am into my grace period for lease payoff. So now I am needing to find a different dealership to handle this payoff before the grace period runs out the 29th (closer to the end of the month) and needless to say, I'm mad.

Do NOT take your vehicle here! Took my vehicle to Behrends…read moreon December 2021 for an oil change and the installation of a headlight bulb and brake light bulb I purchased elsewhere. EVERY oil change done prior to Behrends Auto had been done with synthetic oil. Behrends used regular, low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand. The woman that owns Behrends told me there is NO difference between Synthetic oil and regular oil. WRONG!! Woman handed me my bill totaling almost $80 for a VERY basic, regular low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand, maybe a new oil filter, and installation of two bulbs I purchased elsewhere. I was furious! I asked why my bill was so high, the woman replied, "Well I've got to charge you for labor somewhere on the bill." The boy who did the oil change was definitely under 21. I get home and saw a puddle of oil directly under my vehicle's oil pan! *** MY VEHICLE NEVER LEAKED A DROP OF OIL! EVER! The boy OVER FILLED MY VEHICLE A QUART! My vehicle's engine runs HORRIBLE since Behrends Auto touched it! I TRUST God to deal with this HORRIBLE PLACE!!!
