EVERY oil change done prior to Behrends Auto had been done with synthetic oil. Behrends used regular, low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand. The woman that owns Behrends told me there is NO difference between Synthetic oil and regular oil. WRONG!! Woman handed me my bill totaling almost $80 for a VERY basic, regular low grade cheap oil of undisclosed brand, maybe a new oil filter, and installation of two bulbs I purchased elsewhere. I was furious! I asked why my bill was so high, the woman replied, "Well I've got to charge you for labor somewhere on the bill." The boy who did the oil change was definitely under 21. I get home and saw a puddle of oil directly under my vehicle's oil pan! *** MY VEHICLE NEVER LEAKED A DROP OF OIL! EVER! The boy OVER FILLED MY VEHICLE A QUART! He quoted me 2-3 weeks but it has been nearly 3 months and the "repairs" he made to my passenger door and front quarter panel is literally worse than before the repair. My car is now 3 different colors of white because his color-matching skills and auto-body work isn't as incredible as he claims or believes, and I keep finding missing pieces and other evidence of his shoddy worksmanship. They charged $375, just to diagnose it & that money does not go towards repairs. The diagnosis was an oil gasket leak that leaked oil onto the spark plugs. I feel that should have been able to be diagnosed with the $159 initial diagnostic fee. The oil leak should have been visible to a skilled mechanics eyes. I feel this was a huge overcharge & sketchy. Then they wanted an additional $500 to rapair the car. We will no longer use their services. Such a disappointment. Beware!

My issues were resolved in an hour and a half! I brought in water and homework expecting to be there all day. She also made sure I was paying the correct amount and I felt the price was very fair. I will definitely come back.
