When it was realized the parts had to be ordered from Germany and would take four weeks to arrive, the others bailed out and wouldn't take the job. Which was fine with me in the end because I had a good feeling about Bavarian! Fixing the convertible is a tricky task and I wanted to ensure I picked the right place. This is the worst auto mechanic shop in in all of Brevard. Took my car to change a coolant line…read morecharge me $750 So i paid also to include $150 for coolant lol. They gave me the car back three days later my water pump goes out. Due to the fact that they do not know how to diagnose a car or actually do the work. I come back to them and let them know hey your negligence on seeing if there was more of a cooling leak in the car is what caused my water pump to brake. They told me to bring the car back. I do bring the car back, and they are telling me it's a hose. When all you have to do is a three step process for you to diagnose the water pump. But they went and charge me $400 for a hose. Mind you when I called him and ask him how much they were going to charge me for the water pump it was a total of $1800. Which is ridiculous, they have no customer service, they are rude, and most importantly they do not know how to work on German engineering. These guys here at this place are clowns. Please if you would like to go somewhere else there's somewhere in Palmbay that would charge you half the price. Worst service
