Let's cut off people in the rain and when they get mad, I'll just tell them to f~€% off-- all while sporting the L&W logo on my truck. My advice, cut his hours for a couple weeks and if this isn't the first reported incident, tell him to find new work.

Handy Andy matched the floors perfectly to adjoining rooms. Handy Andy was excellent from start to finish. Great the floor technician was efficient, meticulous, and clearly experienced, probably the best in the city. Andy, the owner checked in after completion to make sure everything was ok. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and commitment to quality. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my floors and would recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch workmanship. Most recently, I have called several times, and nobody ever returns my calls to give me a quote on having a paint job done to my sailboat hull. They did this same job back in 2018 so why can't I get a response from their service manager?? I spent thousands of dollars at this place in 2018, yet they treat me like I'm some sort of undesirable customer! I even asked my husband to call because maybe they don't like me for some reason, but even his phone calls are not returned. Other customers and even other vendors have told me they treat everybody like dirt.

Mark always knew the status of the work being done and Joe did a fabulous job changing our hull color from dark blue to beige. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this yard to anyone!
