The first time was amazing; it was made to absolute perfection, and I fell in love with it. As I have said in my previous reviews, I don't drink to get drunk--I drink for the taste. That is exactly what I was looking for this time, but the drink was watered down. I couldn't taste the citrus, the bitterness, or the sweetness I expected. I don't know if it was the atmosphere or the mood, but I attribute the quality to the bartender. He gave me no eye contact while I was inside the establishment. I tried to initiate small talk, and still, there was no eye contact, so I place the disappointment on him. The other staff members were very nice, which was great. I was there midday before the lunch hour, which made the environment more enjoyable. I turned a negative into a positive by sitting outside to enjoy the nice weather and a beautiful cigar. (If you want to find a good cigar spot, check out my other reviews to see where I normally get mine!) I tried to pair this drink with my cigar, but it disappointed me; it did not compliment the cigar at all. It didn't do what I needed it to do, which was provide a great taste. My Ratings: Atmosphere: 4.7/5 Bartender Experience: 2.7/5 Drink Quality/Consistency: 2.5/5 It is all about consistency. As a customer, I feel the experience should always be top-tier.
