Be prepared for something inside the car wash to break something on your car. And when it dies also be prepared to fight as hard as you can to get things documented. Don't get me started on the battle of liability. This place will do everything it possibly can to avoid paying for damages their car wash caused. They won't return phone calls either! Would give 0 stars if possible. Went to the location in Fairborn in April. The employees were incredibly pushy. I just wanted a car wash, but after the 3rd employee pushed me towards buying one month of unlimited washes I gave in. 6 months later I noticed on my credit card bill that they had signed me up for recurring monthly billing (I know, partially my fault for not paying closer attention to my bill). I called the location and the manager said I'd need to talk to the general manager about a refund for this fraud. The general manager told me I'd need to talk to corporate. My call to corporate went unanswered, and I unsurprisingly never received a return call to the voicemail I left. This company should be investigated. They stole over $200 from me and I am sure I'm not alone. read more

Went in yesterday for a wash. Kind of felt like I was at a used car lot the way an employee rushed me to help me select my wash. The washes felt expensive but the employee tried to pressure me into buying the subscription instead of just the single wash. Expensive wash but for being automated it seemed to do a pretty good job. Car came out shiny and tires were clean. I didn't opt to pay the extra fee for the bug remover so I guess I can't really get mad that my bumper was still littered with bugs. They had lots of clean towels and both multi purpose and windshield sprays to use after the wash that seemed to get the job done. However their floor mat cleaner didn't seem to really do anything that didn't just fall off when I took the mats out of the car. Their vacuums were pretty hit and miss. The first one I pulled into I think was shut off so I drove to a second one. That one wasn't working very well either. The third one I went to seemed to suck pretty good and got the car clean. I just went through this carwash for the first time. Figured I'd try somewhere new since I was in that area but this place is the worst car wash I've been to. First off, they charge you to remove bugs. I have never been to a car wash that charges extra for bugs. This is summer in Ohio - we all have bugs on our cars! The lady who helped me at the kiosk wasn't friendly or helpful. I picked a car wash and paid extra to have bugs removed. However the front of my vehicle is still covered in bugs and for a $20 car wash I expect there to be no bugs and my car should be clean. Tried calling them multiple times and it won't go through and it sends you straight to their voicemail. Such a waste of time and money. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Mike's Carwash which is where I should've gone today. read more

Springboro, Ohio location. I went to the wash today, 1/29/25. When my car got to the dryers it began to roll back. The car was in neutral. It rolled into the car behind me. The other driver and I drove and parked near the office. An employee immediately told me I put the car in reverse. The other driver said that was not true and noted that my rear lights did not come on as any car does when it is put into reverse. The employee said he reviewed the video and again said I put the car in reverse. The employee called his manager. The other driver asked to speak with the manager. The employee ignored the other driver. After the employee hung up, he told the other driver and myself he is not allowed to put customers on the phone with the manager or give out his number. The other driver advised the employee that he was allowing cars to enter too closely, noting the employee that took his place was maintaining a greater distance between cars. The other driver and I did not want to file a report as there was no damage. We just wanted to alert the employee to a potential problem. This is why I am cancelling 2 memberships today and will suggest to friends and family in the area to not wash there cars at this location. read more

The only reason there is one star is because they won't let you give it any stars but they do not deserve Any stars! They are very rude!! My husband was working in Middletown and had a rental. The job was over so I called them to cancel the membership I was told No and hung up on! Twice!! I called and asked to speak to the manager and again was told No and hung up on! I do Not recommend this place and do not know how they are in business with the type of people they employ. read more

I visited this companies establishment at 3851 Colonel Glenn Hwy, Beavercreek, OH 45324 on June 20th 2024 after buying a monthly membership the day prior. I used the automatic car wash and after exiting the wash I pulled to the vacuums to find my rear bumper partially removed (bumper clips broken) and the wheel well cover resting against my back tire. I got the attention of the manager and made him aware of the situation. He let the general manager know who oddly retreated into the office not to be seen again. I felt somewhat pressured to accept their zip tie fix and to head about my day and wait on filing a claim against them which I decided against. I filed a claim with pictures and all my information and was told corporate would contact me within 72 hours. I waited 5 days with no email or call from anyone so I drove to the store and spoke with the manager on site who looked up the claim and was told I was denied based on the fact that their cameras didn't show a clear enough view of my bumper before I entered the car wash and that all their equipment was functioning properly, yet my vehicle exited their car wash with damage that resulted in it being unsafe to operate on the public roadway. I have been refused any proof that shows my vehicle was not damaged by their equipment before it entered the car wash therefor I am disputing this companies denied claim of liability for damage to my personal property caused by their faulty equipment/ employee negligence. read more

I washed my car at the Yankee location in Washington Twp, OH and got in a verbal disagreement with an attendant. I pulled around and complained to the manager. The attendant then tried to attack me for complaining. I have left two messages for their corporate in TX. My calls have not been returned and I feel like they are hiding behind an answering machine. I would fear for my safety washing your car here and beware of the type of people they hire. read more
