Craig was awesome, helped us out as much as he could, did everything he could to fix things and always worked with us to make sure we were on the road to get to work. A few years later I'm in the automated car wash and my brake lines blow out. I take it to Craig who gets me back up and running with no muss or fuss, and was again super flexible with me on making sure I could get things done on my schedule. Now, our other car needs brakes and some other work done. Local shop in Ann Arbor tells us $1200 just for BRAKES. Took it to Craig who once again was awesome, quoted us everything and walked us through what needed to be done. There's a reason we go to him, and it's because he's always given us awesome service and I feel I can trust him with my vehicles.

After filling my tank, the pump didn't print a receipt. I head inside the station to get my receipt that has the car wash code on it when the attendant informs me that the car wash is broke, and that there's no refund! WTF?!?! When is it legal to charge a customer for something they did not get. Not satisfied. I'll contact the BBB on this one for sure!! BTW: the doors are open at the car wash and the LED 'car wash' lights are turned on.. No indication that their car wash is out of service!!
