The person said he would call me back, but he did not. Since then, all my calls have gone to their voicemail. Seeing that others were also overcharged, I guess ripping off customers is part of White Water's business plan. They are crooks -- don't patronize them.

Last time was insanely not letting me get a single car wash without going through harassment. I talked to the manager. She said the employees are doing their job correctly. When I was thinking about the review I was going to write for the Village Auto Spa, I was trying to…read morethink of things that I they could do better. This is just your average car wash, but every time I have gone to see them, they have done an excellent job. When you drive into the location and veer towards the car wash, you are politely greeted by one of the attendants. You tell them what you want, and that's about it. If you are like me, and do a lot of highway driving, then you probably have bugs on the front of your car. Each time I go I asked them to use the pressure wash on the front of my car to try and get some of those bugs off, and it usually works. After you are done with your wash, you drive your car around toward the exit where you are greeted by someone who will dry your car. Now, I know we have all been there where you are not sure if you should tip, how much you should tip, how you're going to be if you are "that guy". Well, the Village Auto Spot does not allow for tipping so you don't have to worry about that awkward moment. Next to the spot where you get your car dried there is a two car garage where you can get extra services. I have never used any of their services as I usually wax my own car, but when I have a peek inside it always looks very nice in there. Also, while you are waiting for your car you can go and wait in their lobby... or so it seems. Either that, or there are just random people standing in their lobby looking over at the detailing spot. As a side note, if you go before 10 AM you can get a dollar off. Five dollars for their basic wash is a pretty good deal!

The coin machine seems like it is fairly updated unlike most car wash locations. The system allows you to buy preloaded cards, which is pretty cool. Overall, it seems like the location is kept up fairly well and offers a good value.

They are fine. They don't do a terrible job, but they don't do a GREAT job, either…read more Whenever I take my car in, I usually opt for the full service that includes inside vacuuming. And they actually do a good job with it. It's always the exterior wash that they always leave spots off. Most of the car will be washed mechanically, so if you're going to finish things off by hand, I would think they'd know to get in the hard-to-get spots like around the wiper base, or under the caves around the plates. But they never do. Despite doing a good job with vacuuming though, they again, always seem to leave many spots off inside, too. They generally focus on very visible areas and lack details on not so visible areas. Didn't help that they've slowly been raising prices, too. When it was slightly cheaper, I was more inclined to let things go, but now it's starting to get to me...
