They first did the inside and we were really happy with the level of detail and precision. The crew is terrific and very hardworking, but the owner takes pride in his work and is there everyday working soooo hard for his customers! Then when we were ready to do the exterior it was the same process, he is really good at suggesting what he thinks in terms of fascia, gutters, trim colors. He is very patient and kind and really wants his customers to be happy! They were on time everyday and the project was done to perfection! We have 15 year old light fixtures and he gave us several options to choose for our color scheme, we ended up going with the Bronze as the accent colors we had chosen were a dark brown. He is efficient, fast, yet attention to detail and the end result leaves you happy you made the right choice when choosing Danny at Tru Coverage Painting! He goofed up because it was too cold outside and the paint would not set and it ran like crazy. He cleaned up and fixed what he could for the day and said he would return once it warmed back up. He then followed up and set a new date, on a warmer day, to come and sand the messed up doors to correct them and then spray a second coat. He then ghosted. Have not heard from him since and he was supposed to come back a week ago. I have called and left a message and I have texted 3 times with no response in 8 days. Now I'm stuck with screwed up doors that I am going to have to pay someone else even more $ to have sanded and repainted. And, I'm out the paint he used on the first round. Fortunately I had not paid him anything yet. He seemed like he had the right intentions but I cannot figure out where he vanished to. So, I cannot recommend this business. Customer beware.

At the end of the day she made promises that she could not accomplish with her crew. The cabinetry that she promised to paint was left unpainted. It was obvious he had a lot of experience, he even talked about working with the roofer to pre-paint beams that would be more difficult to paint once they were in place. As it turned out the roofer was willing to paint the beams and Joe brought the appropriate paint. He said his guys would start on Friday and be done by the following Wednesday or Thursday. They showed up on Friday and got to work, then came on Saturday as well and had it all done by Tuesday. I was planning on getting a new garage door and front security door, purely for aesthetic reasons, but Joe was able to paint them and make them look brand new. Upon entering small bath to be painted I gave them 2 cans of paint: one for walls and second for door frame and I showed them what needed painting: walls, door frame. Dennis agreed and In bid I stated 'no doors, ceiling or baseboards needs painting'. After 2.5 hours ( they did a great job on walls- were clean and left no mess) but the door frame was not painted. When I asked Dennis about it he said in the bid I put 'no baseboards'. We went back and forth and he agreed to return to paint door frame for another $150! I declined. My suggestion would be to get a contract clear and concise in writing from these guys! I learned afterwards, they are employees of Tahoe Paint, but the owner allowed employees to take side jobs on the holiday utilizing the company equipment. This explains too why they only accepted cash.
