I have never been yelled at and treated with such disrespect by a receptionist when I simply called in for a refill on medication and to have the dosage lowered. Her words were so vile they do not bear repeating. Not the best way to treat a new patient with good insurance. read more

Dr. Reese is quite possibly the worst doctor I have ever seen, and I strongly advise you to find another physician. I was mistreated by her, and by that I mean that medically she did the opposite of what she should have done and another doctor reversed completely her nearly fatal decisions. In addition, she is rude and comes equipped with awful bedside manner. She is incapable of speaking to you without being obnoxious. I once waited 45 minutes to see her, and got less than 45 seconds of her time. I don't think she even bothered to look me in the eyes. Indeed, she acted as if my existence was a source of extraordinary annoyance to her. I discovered from another patient, who was a friend of mine, that she didn't like me because I reminded her of her husband, with whom she was apparently having marital problems at the time. My overall experience was good. Was able to schedule next day appointment through zocdoc.com, got there 5 minutes later than the appointment time, but was seen immediately. After being seen by the nurse who took my vitals and medical history, the doctor came to see me 5 minutes later. She apologized for having me waiting, even though I didn't wait almost at all, but that was very polite of her to do. She examined me thoroughly, checked my ears, nose, throat, listened to my lungs, checked my back and belly etc. Got antibiotics prescribed for an infection. As i mentioned, my overall experience was good. Should i be in need of a primary care physician, i will go back there again. read more

Went for an annual check up, charged me twice for asking her that I have some issue with my knees. Total money making machine! Avoid this place as much as possible. They keep sending me text though I'm not subscribe to it and there is no way to unsubscribe to TEXT. Big NO and don't waste time and avoid stress. read more

I will NEVER go see this doctor again. She had horrible bed side manner billed me 6 months after my appointment. I went to see her for a simple yearly checkup and because I asked her a question, she charged me for a doctors visit. Watch out because she will have you sign a waiver giving her authorization to do this. I have never encountered such a thing and signed the waiver without understanding. Dr. Reese is a perfectly acceptable physician, but her staff is the worst staff I've ever encountered. They are lazy, stupid, and haphazard with personal information. My husband once called with a question about his medication for the doctor. The receptionist loudly repeated his name, medication, and question in the office, which is not large. Anyone in the waiting room would have heard. I also once made an appointment while in the office, and then later moved it. I was charged for a no-show appointment even though I canceled it right there verbally with the receptionist. They have also forgotten appointments that both my husband and I have made, and then acted very magnanimous for "fitting us in" an hour and a half to two hours later. They are also terrible about filing with insurance, and I've had more billing woes with them than anyone. They have charged us for services that insurance has paid for. They rarely answer the phone, and have meager hours. Until Dr. Reese fires her entire staff, don't even think of coming here. read more

Family of four.. been long time patients, tolerated ever changing office staff and billing errors, until my daughter and husband were sent to collections for billing errors on HER part. $100 for a missed appointment for my daughter who was back in college in FL..unbelievable. $20 for a copay for my husband. She collects co pays for preventative visits, balance bills after insurance, I had a credit on my account when they posted my payments wrong and sent my husband to collection. Her practice will continue to suffer due to such poor business management. It's a shame because we wanted to stay patients, good doctors don't always make good business people. I have been going to Dr Reese for over 15 years. She is an amazing Doctor. Called her on a Friday and left a message. I did not know that the office was closed but she called me back in less than an hour. I told her of my problem and she volunteered to meet me at her office even though they were closed. I could not believe she'll do that. I was so grateful and touched how concern and accommodating she is with her patients. She is a great and wonderful physician. Great doctor (and nurse in the office.) Attentive, and good bedside manner. Listens but doesn't overreact, and does not over-prescribe antibiotics- which is great in this day and age. The doctor's office will charge an office visit for an annual physical because you had a conversation about constipation. And then, they claimed that it was because you have to be 100% healthy to have $0 copay for a physical. I'm in my mid twenties and I don't have any comorbidity, how much healthier do I need to be? Very unfair and will do anything to charge extra. Do not go to this office, they will rip you off. read more

Whitney Reese is probably the rudest person I have ever met, let alone one of the worst doctors I have gone to. Instead of helping me find something for my chronic headaches, she told me to 'suck it up' and refused to prescribe me anything. I tried going back looking for a letter from her so that I could get some surgery done for medical reasons and she told me I should lose weight instead of something that was a 'quick fix' and would 'make me unattractive' if I gained weight again. I am by no means overweight, but on multiple occasions she has told me I could stand to lose a few pounds. She is insulting and unprofessional. I will never go here again. If I could give Dr. Reese zero stars I would. read more

Dr. Reese is a good doctor. She had always answered my question and been attentive to me. On the flip side, her receptionist is the nastiest person I have ever talked to in the medical field. Because of how rudely my issue was handled, I have decided to find a new Doctors office. Dr. Reese has always handled me with care and concern. My entire family sees her and completely trusts her judgement. She also saved one of my family member's lives by discovering cancer without any indications (not why they went to the appointment). She is knowledgeable about pretty much everything, and while her bedside manner may come across serious and strict, I have never doubted that her intentions were for me to feel better. I will say in regards to some of the other reviews, she is not one to prescribe medicine freely. She will not prescribe you a medication unless she really feels that you need it. I appreciate that about her, but in some cases people may not. I agree with her that in some cases the body should be able to do what it does best and medicine should be given when it is necessary. I also really enjoy Cindy's company (she is the nurse there). I would recommend this doctor to anyone. read more

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Reese for many years. She is a competent and caring Doctor. She has had some office help problems in the past, but now has a good receptionist and nurse. We are totally satisfied with the care she has given to us over the years and plan to keep her as our primary care physician. Dr. Reese has zero respect for any life events that conflict with her business, so I really question if she is in it to make money or help people. I was charged a missed appointment fee of $50 randomly 2 years later, and by the looks of it, it's a common thing she likes to do to her clients based on other reviews. I even called the office to try to explain that I had military obligations that popped up, which is the reason I could not make the appointment and she could care less. It's really unfortunately that she and her office manager Amy couldn't handle the situation better, and so this is the reason Dr. Reese is receiving such a poor review. You would hope that Dr. Reese and other public service professionals would have more compassion for people serving their country. Is $50 "because I have overhead" as she explained, worth such a blemish on your practice...I guess so in her case. I think the lack of empathy shown here is a strong case to show how she would be if you chose her as your doctor. read more

Ok- I read all the comments and never thought I was going to write this. I had blood work done (on Thursday early morning). When I called for the results, they said that I can pick up a hard copy (and they cannot email it or go over it on the phone). I picked up a hard copy and notice there are 4 items Out of Range. I called them and asked them to call me back to go over the results. They did not call me till Tuesday after 3:00 PM when I called them again. They told me that Dr. Reece is not concerned about your results, so she is not going to call you. I was told that I can make an appointment and pay again to go over the results which some items are "out of range". "If she calls, you will be charged and your insurance will not cover that- since it is a session over the phone." I am leaving the country for 3 weeks in a week, and she said that she can make an appointment for me end of January or February. Really???????????????????????????????? read more
