I called for a virtual appointment on July 17th and made a timed appointment. The technician never showed up and I had to call into the office to chase him down. He finally appeared, several hours late. Then we planned an in home service visit, which I was charged for TWICE in advance. That appointment was set for July 27th between 8-12pm. I took off work. They cancelled at 10am on the day of because they didn't have the part. I was promised it would be 'expedited,' etc. and was rescheduled for August 3rd between 8-12pm. I took off work. They cancelled 11am on the day of. Rescheduled for August 11. SAME EXACT THING - still saying they didn't have the part. Rescheduled ALL THE WAY OUT TO SEPT 1. Took off work AGAIN, and was again called at 9:30am to say the technician DIDN'T HAVE THE PART. How are these guys even in business? Go ANYWHERE else, or shoot, maybe even have some of your housesits try and fix whatever it is, you'll probably be better off.

I was told they did a thorough cleaning and service and was not able to repair the machine. Here are some pictures from after their thorough cleaning. I called Vacuum City in Helena and they are fixing it for me. They felt that if Imperial Home Appliances had done a thorough cleaning it would have solved my problem.
