Every time I enter this lovely ice cream shop I just know I'm getting great service. The best part is they have the best frozen custard ice cream that will send you into an endless stream of enjoyment! With many, many flavors to choose from, they aim to please every Palate! Stay awhile in this cute and cozy place, or go for a walk and admire how charming downtown Lebanon is!

Best frozen custard! Whit's hits it out of the park every time! Excellent flavor choices! They have a huge variety of toppings choices to pick from!

Actually not what I expected... I thought it would be soft serve custard in several flavors. There were about 5 flavor that had been frozen and could be scooped. Other wise it was plain ... with toppings like a sundae or blended up like a blizzard. Well first of all they messed up our order and didnt get receipt..so not sure what they charged us for. It wasnt hot out but it melted really fast. All 3 of us threw away about half of it. My moms butterscotch blended ... had little to no flavor. My buckeye sundae had way too much syrup and topping for amount of custard. My husband's wasnt great and was a melted mess. So it wasnt the best. We all had more than we wanted wasnt as good as dairy queen or udf ... In our opinion.

Husband is quoted excited to try out this. We are so full after the Thai lunch, so we walk into this store after our full walk around the downtown area. I had a mini cup of coffee, husband has salty Carmel. This is my first time even heard of custard, it just tasted like ice cream, just smoother, if people don't tell u, u probably think u are eating ice cream. Inside store is a little simple, two young boy there. They are friendly though.

    Cussin custard!

Good custard. Surprised at smoothness not that I was expecting anything different. A friendly place with fine selections the daily special was peanut butter and jelly but went with the chocolate and vanilla traditional dish.

Maybe it was a one off experience because normally I love it any time I come here, but I went recently for the first time this season, and it was not good at all. I ordered a Whitster and the custard was melting by the time I got it. I left to find a place to sit and because my cup had been filled really high and was melting, the custard was running down the sides of my cup, all over my hand and it was not a matter of eating fast enough - I had never experienced anything like that! It was a hot day, so maybe they had a hard time keeping the custard cold? I ended up with almost half a cup of pure liquid which I threw away. Again, it might have just been a bad, one off experience which is why I hesitated to lower my star rating too much, but the quality was extremely poor and not worth the money, so if I had been a first time visitor, I would have been even more disappointed.

I have never had frozen custard before and then I passed by Whit's and couldn't resist. I walked in and took notice of the large board detailing all flavors, toppings, and syrups. They also have a large calendar that details the daily/weekly frozen custard offerings. The staff here was very friendly and happily answered any of my questions. There are 4 sizes that you can order; mini, small, medium, and large. For my first time at Whit's I ordered an oldie but goodie; a mini cookies and cream. Since frozen custard is like soft serve you get to mix in whatever you want. I got the plain vanilla custard with a generous amount Oreo cookies and hot fudge syrup. I didn't see any seating on the inside but there are benches right outside the restaurant. I would recommend that or walking around downtown Lebanon. There's always something to see. I will go back so I can try other flavors or a shake. Definitely a must try if you are in the Lebanon area and need a sweet treat.

Wow! What a gem Amaezing Sweet Shoppe is! I am glad I found it. I have been wanting to visit once I…read moresaw that they offered fruit mousse entremets. However, they offer so much more than that! They offer coffee, milkshakes, ice cream, baked goods, cakes, and even have cake decorating classes. They also have a drive-thru, which makes a quick trip easy. I stopped in with a plan to get fruit mousse entremets for myself and my family and I did exactly that. I brought home cherry, peach, lemon, and blueberry fruit mousse entremets. They were delicious and tasted just like the fruits! Everyone in my family was happy and wants to return to Amaezing Sweet Shoppe. They were light and incredible! They have cute coffee stirrers, which I got for my mom's upcoming birthday. They have multiple flavors but I chose chocolate and salted caramel. I liked that I had the option to buy small treats, as well. The owner was very sweet and helpful. She is gifted at her trade and very skilled! I plan on visiting next time I'm in town. I have definitely found a new favorite spot!

But, in person, it is a handful of that. Still happy there are GF options! Tried 3 items: 1. GF sugar cookie: not worth getting. Very meh 2. GF Vanilla birthday cake - in a strange hot dog shaped pan. Better flavor than the cookie, but was stale. 3. GF cinnamon roll - YOU WANT THIS! Didn't even taste gluten free! Really standout item! Wish I could give them 3.5 stars overall. The service was weird? They were sitting far in the back on folding chairs, maybe they hadn't had a customer in a while? So if you're in the area, stop at Amaezaing Sweet Shop for the GF cinnamon roll!

What the village lacks is actual sit down food spots. (I previously worked at the Hammel House with Mrs. Bowman- we miss them!) The Butter Churn is filling a void and doing a good job at it. The menu is nice, soups- sandwiches & salad options. Our niece really enjoys their potato chips (I think they make them in house, I could be wrong.) The decor is eclectic, it feels like they have small collections and perhaps bought things locally from the antique shops. The back room had a Christmas Santa collection and it was expansive. Coca-Cola, clowns, vintage troll dolls- it all just feels like visiting someone's quirky aunts home. It feels homey and nice. The last time we went we had about twenty mins before closing and were popping in for ice cream. We were told...and reminded multiple times that they wanted to be out of the building at exactly closing time. We said we understood (I mean yes- I also love being off work on time) but the constant reminders felt like they were shoving us out the door when we were just placing ice cream orders and trying to pay. It might have just been a stressful night. We did pop in the next day and I asked about their coffee selection. The response we got was a bit dismissive and they told us "we have black coffee, we don't do any of that fancy stuff. Go down the street to Taylor's." I was going to order the regular coffee but it was off-putting so we did as they recommended and left. I know I don't *look* like a local- for obvious reasons. I don't want to believe this is why we received weird service compared to other patrons. Regardless, we have enjoyed the actual food and ice cream here. Our family likes it and visits weekly- I will just trust them that they get good consistent service every time.

We didn't see animals cones on the menu until after we ordered, but I looked at pictures online, and they look adorable. What we did order was a cupcake milkshake (super sweet), a chocolate sundae (great), a cappuccino ice cream (it was fine) and a Dole Whip (which turned out to be pineapple-flavored soft serve, and not the vanilla ice cream with pineapple juice concoction that I'm used to). Everything we got was tasty and fun for the most part, but what makes Tucker's really cool is the outdoor seating. There are lots of tables and benches in the purple-and-green outdoor patio.
