Line always into the road, awful parking spaces, and they messed up my blizzard. Shouldn't be hard to put the right candy into ice cream.

We frequent many DQs....this was the worst experience ever. Ordered 2small turtle pecan blizzards- what we got were runny cups of ice cream with a few hunks of chocolate. Absolutely NO "Pecan pieces blended with chocolate, and rich caramel". The small cone had a blip of very runny ice cream. All served by a person who seemed unhappy to be there. Will avoid this one in the future. Many others to choose. read more

As far as DQ's go this is a good one in my experience. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and it has a old school classic walk up and order window adding in my opinion a nice charm to the place. The young man who took my families order was polite and helpful to my mother who if you know her she can't help but ask a million question when she can't decide which was well displayed tonight... He walked her through all her questions and answered them one after another! Good job to who ever you were kid! ;) As I said the place was clean, even though this is an outside location the trash cans were emptied, and there was no seen litter. If you read my last review of a different DQ this was not the case. Here they seem to take pride in their place and maintain it in the manner DQ would be proud. As I said this is an old building with the old school way of coming up to the window and placing an order... This might not be for everyone and some might see this as a con but for me I love it and the atmosphere it brings! It does make for a tight drive through but not that big of a deal to me just keep that in mind. read more

Far and away THE BEST Dairy Queen I have ever been to!! I was a DQ junkie growing up, but stopped going as an adult because they stooped selling Dilly Bars and changed my favorite items. These guys are old school in that they make their own Dilly Bars in a variety of Far and away the best Dairy Queen I've ever been to! No worries about the parking lot. Use the convenient store next door, they don't care. I called ahead to see if they had Dilly Bars, since the only way I can find them is in boxes and never cherry. The owner/manager on duty told me ALL the flavors they had so I went home with 18 cherry for the freezer! They were huge!! Not the flat disks you get in a box! I wish these guys ran the DQ in my home town!! read more

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. The nastiest malt I have ever had. I ordered a large chocolate malt and had to force myself to drink half of it, and then just gave up and threw it in the garbage. I am 49 years old and this is the first time in my life I have had to throw a malt in the garbage because it was so nasty I couldn't drink it. How do you mess that up! I guess by making it with expired ingredients. Horrible! read more

Parking lot is ridiculously small and matches the out dated building. Product is meh for the price. Service is slower than a three legged goat. The terrible service combined with the crap parking lot leads to traffic jams and people driving like lunatics. As I write this I've been in the drive thru for 18 minutes and have farted at least 8 times. They handed me blizzard soup , I literally drank the whole thing. If Whits had a drive thru or was more accessible, this place would be out if business in about 15 minutes. read more

Something has changed. My last two blizzards were not right. Skimpy ingredients, left out the chocolate and then they got defensive About it. I'll go to other locations that can consistently produce a decent blizzard with all the ingredients. read more

As soon as we pulled up to the drive through, as we were looking at the menu, the person on the other side of the line was completely unprofessional. The first thing out of her mouth was "What do you want?" One of the most rude tones I have ever heard. When we finally got our order, the Fab Fudge sundae was overtaken with an unbelievable amount of sprinkles and hardly any fudge. Every bite was a mouthful of sprinkles and the waffle bowl was also stale. Probably will not visit again, will be heading to Double Dip Ice Cream, which I recommend 10x more. read more

I called to get the hours and the person just answered "hello?" .... have they ever heard of CUSTOMER SERVICE? How about "This is Dairy Queen, How May I Help You?". I had to "ask" if it was dairy queen - come on people. Learn to answer the phone properly! THEN - went there through the drive-thru and our 2 blizzards were all jacked up. One was totally different than what we ordered and the other we specifically requested that one of the blend-ins be replaced by something else and guess what - got extra of the thing we did NOT want. What is worse is I wrote to the company through a review on the website and they forwarded the complaint to the store requesting a call back so I can get a credit and they didn't call me.... I tried calling them but no answer this time, so I emailed again and they said they didn't know why the store owner hasn't contacted me yet but would forward my message again - and still - NOTHING. They clearly don't care about the customers here. I will take my business elsewhere then. read more

If you like ice cream this is your place. I have been here a million times. Always has great service and good treats. They don't have burgers or fries, but they do have BBQ and hotdogs. This is a must stop when you want ice cream in this town. read more

They really need a bigger lot and store. I recently contacted the Dairy Queen main office because of the "Blizzard" desert being so runny, turns out there is nothing DQ can do about it because it is a franchise. The last 3 Blizzards I purchased from this DQ have been way more runnier than a milk shake. read more

I give this DQ no stars! But I had to give them at least 1 to post this. Every single time I have come to get a blizzard here, it is made incorrectly. I said something a couple of times and they remade my blizzard, the same way they made it before! I only know it's incorrect because I used to work at a DQ and know the basics. But every single time. Drive thru and walk-up only. Seasonal hours. Staff really friendly and long lines usually go pretty quickly. DQ's are always a good bet. However, we've had consistent problems with the blizzards being melty and not cold enough to last after the first few bites. Twice I've asked them to remake them, and they were apologetic but gave no reason why they were sub-par. Haven't tried their hot foods. Little leery to! read more

So disappointed! Things have changed. We've been here in the past years and have loved it...large milkshake was LARGE, blizzards were always overflowing...not anymore. Large milk shake is now like a medium used to be and the BLIZZARD I got was completely even with the rim. No extra. Very disappointed. No plans to go back!
