The groomers are kind and knowledgable, they discuss techniques and inform of issues if spotted. My dog comes out with a bandana some of the time, which is cute as can be. (I get it, the circumference of her neck is on the bigger side!) But even without some accessorizing, my dog looks great after grooming. The prices are on par with the area. And let me tell you, we live on the East End of Louisville. We drive 30 mins to get Gypsy groomed here. Worth the drive.
