Since this was my fifth flat in 2 months I was more than frustrated. It turns out I needed a new tire which was contributing to my flat tires. Why didn't the other shop tell me that? We discussed my options and Frank let me know that the railroad puts thorny debris on the trail, making the trail look carefree and safe. Frank went the extra mile and adjusted my brakes and handlebars at no extra cost. Frank was professional, warm and caring. My bike shop for life thank you Frank.

Left my bike around noon & it was ready that same day around 4pm. Just picked up my bike & it feels great. Took my gravel bike in for a tune up and Hugo did a great job making sure my concerns we addressed (switching from big chainring to little chain ring) and cleaned everything up nicely on the bike making it looks better than new and run smoother too. All while only taking a couple days to do it. I also mentioned to Hugo that I had my race bike built by another shop but felt like everything was done poorly, incorrectly, and had to wait a long time for it to be done. Hugo told me to take it in for him to have a look about what I was concerned about. After taking it in for Hugo to look at and speaking about the issues I decided to have him rebuild the entire bike. Hugo went to work immediately and began the tear down showing me what was done wrong and how the right way of doing it was. It only took him a day to get my bike back up to tip top condition. Rode it the same day and everything felt superb. Had minor adjustments to be made but Hugo fixed them the day after I brought it back and explained that if I had any issues big or small that he would take care of it any time. I also ended up buying a new set of wheels that Hugo put on for me. He not only put them on for me but assured me the wheels would work on my drivetrain and provided his input on how it would be on the bike. I really appreciate everything Hugo and Angelica! You got my bikes running better than new and in no time. It's been a headache with the other shop I went to but Hugo's work and expertise saved the day. 3H has a lifelong customer. I also brought in 2 additional customers (neighbor and brother in law) after they saw the work that was done on my bikes and hearing from my experience. I'm really glad I did because I think this just became my new go-to coffee order. I'd describe the Seoul latte as almost like a cousin to a Vietnamese iced coffee. It's lighter and slightly less sweet, which I personally really enjoy. Before trying this, my usual go-to was the Cubano con Leche from Tierra Mia. That drink is delicious, but it's very rich, creamy, and caffeine-heavy -- almost more of a dessert coffee to me. I usually only get it sparingly because it can feel a bit heavy, especially on busy days when I want something lighter. This Seoul latte feels like the perfect addition to the rotation: sweet and flavorful without being overpowering, and much lighter overall. The location itself is also really unique and stands out from the street. The interior has a cool aesthetic with a bunch of biking merchandise throughout the shop. My only wish is that there was a bit more patio covering outside and maybe some seating in the front, although there are plenty of places to sit inside.
