We then decided to take Chair yoga. Bev teaches this class and is awesome. It's chair assisted yoga and a few regular poses as well. It's an wonderful class. I've been a member of this studio since 2017. All the teachers are very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. It's a relaxed atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home. The studio has multiple type classes and times to fit anyone's schedule and fitness level. The membership fees are reasonable and have been kept low over the years. I find that all the students there are friendly and nonjudgmental. I am happy for all the relationships I have come to know. read more

I am in awe of this studio. My gratitude to Patty the owner, for creating this great space where joy, peace, and strength are found on a mat, or from many of the other healing arts such as massage. And then if that isn't enough, these positive vibrations persist, and ripple out from your better self, at home, at work, with friends, and into the world. These effects have continued to blossom for the two years of my membership, and I attribute that to a staff that is always looking to improve on helping members grow, whatever it takes. I explain my path to yoga in a way that some may describe their discovery of religion. It's saved me. If at least in mind more than in reckless actions ;) I moved from my liberated free bird lifestyle in NYC to Lansdale, PA to help family in need. Three generations back in one house, while cherished, sent me searching for solace. Since vodka in the mornings isn't socially accepted [yet], I found my relief in my morning Ashtanga classes here. Kellyann's class was the perfect push to get over a steady plateau I feel I've been at for about 6 months. Good for all who yogi, but for anyone moving towards advanced, her gentle assistance to get into the more challenging postures or to correct my form in one I thought I had down, really set this class apart for me. The slower pace of owner/founder Patty's morning classes was still challenging in movement but especially in breath (an area I admittedly still need to find my control of), and would be great for beginners and experts alike. And even with my dread of hot yoga (Nancy Kerrigan whyyyyyyyy), I found the one at their new location quite tolerable (mainly bc it wasn't Amazon style hot). This is the type of studio where they learn your name and ask what you were up to when you miss a class. They have a great introductory offer to get your feet wet, at $30 for a month (I think). Well worth the stupid mid morning smile on my face any day. read more

I love this yoga studio! There are so many options for classes so no matter where you are in your yoga journey, there is a class for you. The environment is wonderful as well, personally I feel a lot calmer just walking into the building and the class sizes are normally smaller so it's more intimate, which I like. The teachers are great and very welcoming. I also love the music that they have playing during the sessions, it's great especially for the meditation classes. I will definitely be exploring more of the classes here and seeing what they have to offer! :) read more

Had my first massage in eight years. (I know, I know... way overdue!) Was a little nervous before I got there, but Laura Frank put me right at ease. She asked me about any problem areas, concerns, etc. and during the massage she never went too hard and gave extra attention to my problem spots. Everything was wonderful. I didn't want to leave! The room was spacious, smelled incredible, and every detail was definitely meant to ensure a relaxing and welcoming environment. ++ for the heated massage table and double blankets. I definitely recommend going to see her. She has 16+ years of experience and is a "muscle-whisperer." I haven't been this tension free in years. Will absolutely be returning. read more

Tried the 30 day new student pass. Classes were okay. Parking lot was a bit small and classes just didn't fit my particular schedule.

Wonderful place to practice! They have a new student special which is nice to take advantage of. It really encourages you to try different classes. Every class I take is wonderful. Every teacher has something different to offer. Some teachers even share their amazing essential oils with us which is so nice. The owner Patty Ferry is great and really accommodating. Parking can be an issue at times so if the lot is full, you can park in the Tex Mex parking lot (for morning classes only) and there is also 2 hour free parking across the street. read more

I have been trying out different yoga studios in the area for the past 6 months and I am happy to finally have found my "home". The front desk is always super friendly and the teachers are incredible. I have had some injuries and they are fantastic at helping me to modify. Beginner class was overcrowded in a very small room! It was claustrophobic!!! We couldn't extend our arms without hitting a wall or the person next to us. There was no flow to the class and the instructor kept referring to a syllabus. Disappointing! read more

I started off taking the beginner classes a year ago, and then was hooked enough to join for a year! Such a positive energy that runs through this place. I love the variety of classes they offer, and with the second location, even more classes have been added, giving more options to choose from. Yoga here is awesome. There is such a diverse set of classes as well as instructors. It is a bit expensive but if you do yoga frequently the quality of the teachers and classes is 10% worth the unlimited class fee. read more

I've been going to Whole Body Yoga for about three years. The instructors are knowledgeable, nonjudgemental and caring. The studio offers a variety of classes and workshops geared to all levels of students and they are especially welcoming to students new to yoga.
