My first visit at this location, however, was for a return. Interestingly, the customer service desk is near the stairwell & escalator just outside of the store. This made my visit much quicker than expected, which was a definite plus. While this branch opened its doors in mid 2022, somehow I just discovered it a few months ago. Definitely a clean and organized store. Walking in the mall decreases the convenience factor a little, but people enjoy Huntsman Mall. Very nice employees here. Also they are well staffed. Check out is seamless. Sometimes they have certain items on sale, and when they do stock up. I prefer Aldi, Lidl, and Trader Joe's more though. Being a single dad, they are more in my price range. To be fair grocery stores don't have large profit margins, but my wallet votes first.

What makes this situation even more ironic is the message printed on the store's bag: "Always FRESH!". Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. This isn't really about the money. The amount is small. The issue is that customers should not be sold produce that is already rotten inside. If a store promotes "Always Fresh," there should be proper quality control to ensure the products on the shelf actually meet that promise. I hope someone from Fresh World's management or marketing team reaches out to address this situation, offer the appropriate apology, and refund the purchase. Regardless of the price, customers should not have to pay for food that is already spoiled. I'm sharing this so other shoppers are aware and can check their produce carefully when buying from this store.

Came to the store with receipt and the product - which I bought 3 of and was not cheap- and Jumona (sp?), a rep at customer service desk quickly stated this product is not returnable due to various store policies. It reminded me very strongly of a bright new HMart. Fresh fruit and veggies galore. I found Noh's seasoning packets there that I have not been able to find in HMart for years, and also identified numerous Asian food items that generally make HMart a go-to grocery store for me. Clean, organized, well-stocked. I'm thinking I may change my shopping habits a little and start checking out these Fresh World stores when I'm near one. This location is a winner.

I specifically went there today to give them by business. I got some wine. The lady literally opened the paper bag and left it there for me to bag myself. Like here's you're bag kind of thing. The store was more organized this time around, but it wasn't as packed either. The most noticeable thing about this time around is the non odor of fish smell. When we have gone to some Asian stores, the stink of fish is very strong from the moment you enter the store. This store was not the case. Hopefully this is not a one time thing. The store look good.
