When you make an appointment you are required to make a deposit of 200 dollars that will go towards the cost of your first visit. Nowhere in their new patient information packet is it clearly stated that they will keep your deposit simply for making the appointment . They are explicit about what will happen if you miss an appointment but of course this information is only available to you after you have made your appointment . While many business have cancellation fees I know of no business that believes they have a right to keep your deposit even when they have in no way been inconvenienced by a late cancelation but simply for making an appointment. Imagine charging consumers for services that have not been provided. This is both unethical and illegal.

She listens, offers conversation and suggestions about what's going on and things to consider and uses a variety of chiropractic techniques for specific adjustments. What I really like is that she is strong and I can feel that right away when she adjusts my back. That is really important for me. So, thank you!

It was super easy to schedule my appointment online and I went in to meet with Dr. Jess Muench. The office space is beyond tranquil, inclusive, and calming. From check in, to check out, this was impeccable care and service. Dr. Jess is kind, intentional, curious, and warm. I've received a few chiropractic visits with her and I already feel more comfortable and less tense in my body. I look forward to continuing my chiropractic care with Dr. Jess and introducing other wellness services as well!

Originally for weekly sessions, and now for monthly maintenance sessions. She has provided a variety of treatments for anxiety, food therapy and pain issues. My overall wellness has much improved since my first session. So much so, that I view going to Legacy Wellness as an essential part of my health and wellbeing. Monica takes great care to provide a nurturing and calming environment. When I enter the waiting room I can feel my body relax as I prepare for treatment. Often as I am sitting down enjoying a lovely cup of tea. When we meet, she is patient and thorough, reviewing my charts and asking about any current needs I may be concerned about. She is very clear with communicating her treatment process and leaves time to answer any questions that may arise. I would highly recommend Legacy Wellness for your acupuncture needs. I love her online scheduling system. It is easy to use, very efficient, and find I hear back from her very quickly. Check it out! http://legacy-wellness.com/appointments/

I filled out a health screening that she actually looked at (when is the last time your Western medicine doctor actually reviewed what you fill out); digested and then discussed with me to help better identify what ailments I was/am facing and what treatments she would do. From there we went right into the treatment. As she was administering various treatments she explained what she was doing and what I should expect throughout. She made the experience great. Very kind, an inviting experience and I felt like she is truly listening and working to make me feel better! She is open to questions and provides thoughtful and informative responses. Shortly after my appointment I received a 'Report of Findings' via email that nicely summarizes aspects of acupuncture, Oriental medicine and specifically discusses some of my ailments and home treatments I can incorporate between appointments. It was general but still had good information I can review and reflect upon. My only complaint is that acupuncture is an expense. Not a fault of Monica or Legacy, just a fact that for regular treatments it can be costly; especially when not covered by insurance or a coupon (which thanks for the Groupon and the offer on Yelp!). Her treatment recommendations include quite a few trips so the overall expense, outside of having a discount/coupon in place, can be quite cost prohibitive with individual treatments running at $80 or a 12-treatment package knocking the per session cost down to $60. Anyway, if you have been thinking about trying acupuncture or are a regular practitioner I recommend Legacy Wellness. Monica is great and I will definitely be back for more treatments.

My symptoms improved quickly, and I was hopeful. I returned for follow-up visits, but I did not want my lower back adjusted again because it seemed to be doing well. During a visit on 01/27/2020, I was told they wanted to adjust my hips. I was not aware beforehand that a drop-table technique would be used. Within the next couple of days, my symptoms returned and I lost sensation again. I went back and explained what had happened, but the additional side-posture adjustments did not help. I gave treatment two more chances and experienced no improvement. My biggest concern was that after my condition worsened, I did not feel that the office addressed the issue in a way that helped me. I left feeling disappointed, unheard, and without answers. This is my honest experience. I did not get the outcome I was seeking, and I would not return.

It was very reassuring and I've been going back ever since! He has really helped me with my migraines and low back pain. Front desk gals are friendly and inviting. I also love that the front desk texts you if it's been a while- a great reminder for busy corporate folks such as myself! Love coming here!
