The first thing I noticed was the VERY strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. I don't remember what this place used to be before it was a nail salon, but the stale smoke smell didn't leave during the remodel. After my appointment I got home and had to change my clothes because they smelled like stale smoke. I was happy with the service provided but I probably won't go back because of the smell. If they're ever able to figure out how to fix that, I would consider going back because I was happy with the service.

I came in for a pedi right before leaving for a beach vacation. I was embarrassed and it ruined an outfit I was wearing being all my shoes and sandals were completely open toe. It looked ridiculous and should have never happened. So the rest of my vacation I had to walk around that way. I called them from my vacation and told them what had happened and made a appointment for them to fix it when I returned from vacation. Once I arrived to have them re done they were not apologetic at all but laughed saying that their setting dryers weren't charged that day and with the gel it didn't set right that's why they just slide off. What was the joke? I looked like an idiot on my vacation and it's funny? I also asked for flowers on each of my larger toes and the girl couldn't even do a simple flower correctly it was all blended together like a blob. I do not recommend them at all.

It seems like they have a lot of loyal customers- who they knew well. One thing I did notice was the phone was constantly ringing & they were all busy- so it wasn't as relaxing as somewhere that doesn't have a phone ringing off the hook. I have been looking for a good hair place for years. It is really difficult -- especially in this…read morearea -- to find someone who can't only cut and style hair, but do it well. I bought the Groupon for the haircut and partial highlights. When I got there Angela was finishing up some formal styles but got me in at the time that I made my appointment for. We talked about what I wanted to do -- even more surprising, she understood what I wanted! I'm so used to stylists not caring or understanding what I want to do with my hair. She got my foils in and let me hang out while she did some other haircuts. I watched her with kids and was amazed. She did a great job even though the kids were squirming the whole time! After we got my foils out she started on my hair. I do have short hair, but want to grow it out. She did a great job trimming and making sure that nothing was uneven, then she talked to me about what she plans to do next time I come back so we can make sure my hair grows naturally and doesn't look like a helmet of hair. Overall I was pleased with the service. The other reviewers are right -- this place isn't much on the outside but it is very spacious inside. The service was great and I look forward to going back -- and finally having someone who knows what she's doing with my hair!
