The product I received was damaged in delivery, bottom line. I didn't get anything out of it but I am still semi satisfied, even if it wasn't because of them. Why you ask? All I can say is WOW. Every expectation easily beaten. I ordered late Dec, was told expect 9 to 10 weeks and I settled in for a End of Feb to March 1 delivery. About a week after I ordered I saw Jan 26th delivery dates. I called and a very fun to deal with Danielle told me mine too would be delivered by end of Jan worst case. Delivered Jan 26th. It's a Massimo 200gka go cart. Took me, a very limited mechanically 61 yo about 4 hours to put this beast together. Between youtube videos, instruction manuals, even the wrenches needed, and guys like Lewy in the shop, no problem putting this guy together. If a professional poker player can put one together, it clearly is not rocket science. Take your time and it is a fun experience. No one there could give me any information on the machine regarding financing or specs on the vehicle (product brochure). I have opened a fraud case with my CC provider, so we'll see what happens there in time. If you're even considering doing business, please carefully read the terms of the transaction. I didn't try to purchase until they assured me that they had t in stock and a scheduled local pickup, because of the terms, thinking I was circumventing some of the problem areas presented by acknowledging the terms of the contract. I ordered a scooter on May 7th was supposed to ship it 1-2 weeks after a month I tried calling to see what was going on and their phone service would just hang up no matter what I pressed it would pretend to put me on a hold then disconnect. After a few days of that I started emailing getting no response until I threatened to dispute the charge and contact the bbb , then about a day later I got an email apologizing for the wait and blaming covid. The next day I spoke with the same person she said it should be shipping by the end of the week.... a week later I get a text message saying the scooter I ordered is no longer in production.... and offered me another choice that was 300 dollars more I said after everything you have put me through and wasting half my summer I am only willing to give you 200 more. They refused so I said to give me my money back asap and expect me to write a review. Its now been 2 weeks and I havent gotten my money back, I have talked to them twice and I'm still waiting. We researched at least three other ATV businesses who sold online and Wholesale ATV was the only one who had a decent BBB grade and information. Surprisingly, they also offered the best deal for the 50cc scooter we were interested in (TaoTao ATM50 A1). After placing our order 1/1/20, we quickly received our order confirmation by text and email. 1/7/2020, we received an email that our order was ready to ship. And, like a flash, we received a call that the scooter would be delivered by Friday, 1/14. The shippers were polite and professional and brought the scooter all the way into our garage on a very cold and windy day. It was simple to complete the assembly and only needed to have the screw on the carburetor moved a 1/4 turn (sorry I'm not using the correct terms!) for the engine to run smoothly. It's been driven almost 300 miles since then and the oil has already been changed. Running great and our nephew uses it every day to get back and forth to work. He is thrilled. My only negative comment would be that the right side plastic was scuffed down to the plastic which appears to be from a strap rubbing. Oh well. It's still a great buy. Just waiting for our MCO so we can get the title done. read more

We have had nothing but problems since we ordered our 4 seater go cart from them. Delivery was longer than expected, received a call saying it would be delivered Friday... no one showed or called Friday or Saturday. Sunday we received an email asking how we like our new toy? Monday morning received a call from shipping company saying they are having issues getting it to fit cause they don't usually ship things like this.... um ok. We finally received it Monday night. Seat belts don't work, bolt missing on shock, motor keeps loosing power, radiator hose Keeps coming off and leaking. We have wasted hours on the phone trying to talk to someone.... anyone! I upgraded when I got there from a 140cc dirt bike to 190cc dirt bike because that's all they had in stock at the time. I wasn't leaving empty handed after months of waiting, countless emails & phone calls with lots of excuses & run around. I purchased the bike on July 11th with Zero Hours. After 10 hours of use the electric start chain failed & busted a hole in the crankcase. I filed a warranty claim, called & emailed the company to resolve the issue and got more of the same, run-around & excuses. They would not confirm warranty claim or emails had been received or were being processed. I was told to file another claim and someone would be in touch with me within 3 business days. Weeks go by nothing. I let it go and used the kick start in the meantime. After 30 hours of use the drive train in the engine failed rendering it unusable. Again, I filed a warranty claim, made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails. They did not respond or gave me the I can't help you story, so I loaded up the bike and drove it to their shop to see if I could get some help that way. After 6 hours of driving one way. They told me they could not help because I didn't have a scheduled appointment and that they were not able to schedule an appointment because their parts counter person was recently let go for not doing their job and they only worked in sales. I could check back later to see if they had hired someone to handle parts/warranty/repairs. Searching for a resolution I asked if I could leave the bike there to be looked at and repaired under the warranty. I was then told if I left the bike there I would be forfeiting ownership of the motorcycle. As a last resort I asked if the mechanic Dominic (met at time of purchase) in the back could look at the bike with me quickly since I drove 6 hours there and had a 6 hour return trip. He did look at the bike to confirm the defective motor & issue with electric start, called the owner who instructed me to file a claim and they would file a warranty claim with manufacture & have a replacement motor sent directly to my house for me to install which I agreed too. Finally getting somewhere. Well here we are 3 weeks later I call and email to follow up on the status of the claim and same old same old. Nobody knows anything. I asked for some kind of written form while I was there outlining what was discussed and agreed to, but they had nothing available other than a notebook where Dominic took down my info assuring me he would get it taking care of the following Tuesday when he returned to work. Again this was all done verbally weeks ago and no one can tell me anything about the status of the warranty claim, new motor, etc. I have filed a complaint with the BBB along with 67 other people this year most of which are unanswered or unresolved. Even if this company makes it right and I have my doubts that they will. I would highly recommend that you do not walk, but run from doing business with this company. They do not treat their customers with the respect & dignity they deserve when spending their hard earned cash for toys for themselves or their loved ones. Read the countless reviews of all the disappointed people who were buying toys for their kids & grandkids for birthdays & special occasions, that didn't get their gift on time because of this company's incompetency. Of course they will tell you all the reasons why you shouldn't be upset, that you should be patient, they are busy & under staffed , COVID 19, that they shouldn't be expected to keep up with the volume of business that's coming in the door, so on and so forth. Maybe, if they can't handle the business coming in the doors, they should close them. Or know their limitations and re-organize the business to function as it should, as promised before taking peoples money for their products. Don't trust my word alone.
