My most recent order went much smoother than previous orders. Nothing was backordered and everything was packed well. The Sodium Borate (borax) had a box cutter cut in it so some spilled into the box (since this product is used for laundry detergent, I was able to use what spilled into the box). Previous orders have taken a long time to arrive, had multiple items on backorder, and fragrance oils not taped and spilled en route. I've also had issues with a few items not including the stated weight (ex. ordered 16 oz of lip balm, but the container received weighed 14.89 oz. including the container). I can't say if the shipping has improved for fragrance oils, as this order didn't include any, but the shipping time has improved and everything seems to weigh what it should. And as always, top quality products. Do NOT like the new website. It's much more difficult to find things and the reviews/Q&A no longer match the product listings. read more

I have been a long time customer and have counted on wholesale supplies plus for my business needs. This past year with them has been a hot mess! Orders are taking forever to be filled, if they are filled at all. I currently have an order that I placed two weeks ago, the lead time was 2 to 4 business days, and I also added line jump. I finally got a shipping confirmation. Out of the 27 items I ordered, ONE item shipped! And oddly enough, half of the other items that were in stock when I purchased are now supposedly "backordered". Their ship date?... August 2025. That was four months ago! I don't know what is going on with this company, but it is disheartening to say the least. read more

I was ready to completely give up on WSP. I was so tired of ordering items just to find that they were out of stock - still getting charged and having no idea when I was going to receive my product. I am still waiting on Strawberry Rhubarb FO I ordered over a month ago. BUT... it seems as if they are trying to make a turn around and improve their business. I see that they now show when product is out of stock. So, I am willing to give them another chance. That is why I am giving a hesitant 4 stars. Hopefully they will continue to improve and earn our trust again. I like their variety of products and when things are in stock, they have good shipping times. I wish all their extracts didn't come automatically with preservatives. They are glycerites - they don't need preserving. Placed an order 6 days ago and no word on when it is coming. You call and get a terribly recorded bot telling you due to high volume and recent changes to business they are only answering email inquiries. How can this company take your money like that and not update you on when your order is coming? This has been the worst place i have ever ordered from. i placed an order on 7/26. Today is 8/13. i have two tracking numbers that do not show even being picked up. They have told me all products were in stock, but they were behind in shipping. then they said oh no, nothing is in stock (after almost a month of waiting) because their computer system is new and no one knows how to use it. finally today i said cancel my order and refund my money. Oh, the cancellation process take 1-3 days in their office and then 3-5 business days to be refunded. which is over another week. Their customer service is horrible. No one can tell you anything and have it be true. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I am sorry i ever ordered. Prices seem to be getting higher and higher, and the cheapest form of shipping is not only very slow, but seems to travel the planet before ever making it to me. I like the fragrance selection, and LOVE the charts for maximum use per product, and whether it tends to accelerate, rice, in CP soap, and the pics of the shades it may turn whether due to presence of vanilla/vanillin, or other factors. Editing review. I ordered from one of their competitors the same day. I received that order the following Monday, Five days. I am STILL, two weeks later, waiting for my WSP order. It's been in the same place for 3 days now. I love the selection of fragrance oils, but yes, the price has gone way up. It's becoming unfeasible to use their services anymore. Most of the items that I purchase from here are good and good quality. I prefer Crafter's Choice melt and pour over other brands. There are good sales pretty often, and there's usually no issue with items being out of stock. It's a little more expensive here than other places, even with free shipping, so I usually only purchase when there's a sale or I have a coupon. I like that I can get most things that I need here, and I recently discovered the coupon vault and an happy about that too. I do wish there was a little more variety in the skincare additives. Most of my dealings with WSP have been favorable. My most recent issue was far from favorable. I got an email about a sale on Cocoa butter. It said the sale ended at midnight. It was on a Sunday. I went to place the order and it said the coupon wasn't valid. I immediately emailed them about the problem. I got no response on Monday, so I called them. I was told that it was only for one variety of cocoa butter and that there was a typo in the email. The woman answering the phone made it pretty clear that she really didn't care if I ever purchased anything from the company again. Even though it was WSP's fault that the coupon wasn't working and I contacted them right away via email, and on Monday via phone, she just kept saying that the sale was over and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. I will be more careful with my dealings with this company in the future. It's really sad. I have been purchasing a lot of my supplies from them. Insanely outrageously expensive fragrance oils, super slow processing & delivery and problems with every single order. Has anyone noticed the prices of the fragrance oils? Oh my goodness, are these people on drugs??? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Another problem I had with this company is their inconsistency in the amount of fragrance oil in the bottle. It fluctuates tremendously and always short of what was ordered. On many occasions I have ordered the same fragrance oils in their 16oz bottles and all the bottles would have a different amount of ounces and like I said missing many ounces most of the times. Interesting enough I have tried their competitors same fragrances oils for a fraction of price and they hold up stronger in Soap and in handmade products. Can anyone explains this to me? I'm done with these people. Needless to say I switched to their competitors and I couldn't be more pleased!!
