Just ordered from Uber Eats and WOW! I'm impressed! Not only are the cookies delicious, they're individual wrapped with nutritional content right on the packaging. I ordered a half-dozen Chocolate Chip cookies, and unfortunately they only had one so the owner wrote me a cute little apology note and included an assortment of their other cookies for me to try instead. I always make this place on my "Must Stop in" list whenever I'm in town. I love the fact you can come here and get every course for your needs, even hot food if you're following a low-carb lifestyle. I had high hopes for the Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Doughnuts based on a glowing review I found online and ordered 2 dozen to bring to a party. However, I was sorely disappointed because: A. They had no white chocolate chips in them. B. They had no cream cheese filling in them. C. They were too crumbly and fell apart too easily. D. They had a bit of a gritty, granular aftertaste, I think due to the granulated monk fruit/erythritol blend. E. They tasted rather bland. F. They were a bit small. read more

I found this place by accident. Living right down the street from it for years and I did not know it was there. Having to watch my mother's mind decline over the last few years i have been doing a lot of research looking for reasons why this happens. I don't want to go through it. So what i found is that the consensus is a gluten free and dairy free diet helps to stop inflammation which will stop the brain fog. Its much more complex than that but this is one path to good health. And eating better for your body does not mean you have to sacrifice taste. This bakery has done just that; baking pretty looking deserts that taste really good too! What i found upon opening the door was a small store that with a kitchen in the back and the store was filled with lots of goodies. Everywhere you looked you wanted to try something. Naturally i found it hard to choose just a few. The store is geared towards people who are diabetic. Most items are sugar and gluten free. Everything i tasted was delicious. I have a food sensitivity. So i can tell if a sugar substitute was added after a bite. Every item has an ingredient label. Unfortunately i did not read the label on the molten cake. I believe erythritol was added. They also sell and have information on maintaining keytone diet. The people working there are super nice. Very informative about their product and the industry in general. There are a selection of items they can make for you to eat. I had a waffle pizza that is very good. I get it with pepperoni but it does have dairy (I'm not perfect sometimes i cheat. Tomorrow i'll be better). The pepperoni pocket is good too. Last time i went i bought this green bag that said Dark Chocolate Peppermint Bark. Ok i'll try that. It had no dairy or artificial sugar. it is delicious. A half a bar is enough to satisfy my sugar craving. The kitchen is clean only gluten free and sugar free or sugar substitutes are in the building so not to contaminate. I am still looking for a gluten free and dairy free bakery (I am ok with sugar) if anyone has a recommendation. You must try this place. If you are someone on the keto diet or someone who counts their nutrients for health or personal reasons, I would NOT trust this company nor order from them!!! I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE you from buying their products. I have reason to believe, with picture evidence, that their nutritional information may be FRAUDULENT!!!! There were many inconsistent label changes that they claim were "label updates" but were too drastic and inconsistent for that to make sense to me. Their responses (and lack thereof) to me further add to my suspicions. I continuously asked them for information and they continued to dodge answering in detail and eventually completely ignored me. I will be reporting them to the BBB, the FDA, and filing a dispute as my family and I do not feel safe eating their mystery items. Additionally, their responses to critical reviews on Facebook/Google also tell a lot about the sort of business they are. One of a kind place that i think is great and should be more frequently available in multiple locations. We were visiting the area and stopped by to pick up an online order for our family. We did notice an error on the size of the pie we ordered after we already returned to the house. The label stated 6 inch but we ordered an 8 inch. When we called to speak to someone, my MIL was given the run around & nothing was resolved. Which is is super unfortunate because my FIL is keto due to health issue and that incident put a bad taste in their mouth. This place is amazing run by the nicest warmest people! Our daughter was on her first trip on her own with her dance team at Disney since diagnosed with celiac disease and we had no idea how provide all the food she needed safely. As soon as I called wholesome Keto treats they helped me with a plan and ensured my daughter had healthy gluten free meals with delicious treats. What a wonderful place! Placed order online for multiple items. The time from ordering to delivery from St Cloud, FL to Wash DC area took about 2 weeks as they make the items fresh and ship between Monday and Thurs. Checked the box right away and noticed I was missing the strawberry twinkies. Emailed the company and received delivery of the missing twinkies without incident. Have tried the keto swiss rolls and twinkies, which are both excellent, and will be ordering again. The cinnamon roll was good, a bit "dense & doughy" for my taste but the cream cheese frosting made it excellent as a pair (could only eat half of the roll as it is large). Bear in mind that I ate it cold & probably should have heated it for taste. The brownie was delicious too. I am placing another order in time for the holidays. read more

Has such an awesome variety of keto friendly desserts. I bought the pumpkin cheesecake, donuts and cupcakes. The pumpkin cheesecake is absolutely delicious. It's creamy and the crust is moist but crumbly. The donuts have the consistency of a regular cake donut but they're much more buttery. My favorite was the banana donut. The pumpkin cupcake with cream cheese frosting was also just as good as the cheesecake. If you like fall flavors, they have other pumpkin flavored desserts as well.
