First I had ever seen a chiropractor working in a PT office, and definitely the first I've seen you could just ask for something they are not necessarily treating me for and it was taken care of! I am so impressed by this office and if you can't really afford the huge Co-pays, just tell them and they actually care enough to work with you! I was told the cost WITHOUT insurance was $275 and the cost with insurance was $275 but it would count towards my yearly deductible. I opted for the cost with insurance as they were the same. I only went to one session. 2 months later I get a bill for $347.41. When i called them they said my insurance did not cover the entire submitted amount. which was over $1800.00. I asked them to waive the charges as the cost without insurance was only going to be $275.00. They would not waive the outstanding balance and to this day I am being chased down for the outstanding bill. I will say the safe was great but I would be weary on going back and definitely check with your insurance before doing business.
