They don't accept debit cards. And because there is a max withdrawal amount at their ATM machine, I was expected to withdrawal twice to make my large $ purchase. That would mean getting charged by the ATM machine and my bank a total of 4 times. LOL, no thanks. I'll go somewhere doing business in the year 2019. read more

I'm your typical anti marijuana goer.. But thank goodness for Robert and his knowledge- I now have less anxiety and my pain in my chest (costochondritis) is finally under control. I had been having extreme stomach problems from painkillers etc and I am against addiction for prescription drugs, especially when I have learned first hand that they do more harm than help! Very unhappy with my purchase today. I bought an eighth of Headband. Got home to check out my medicine and it had two large stems in it and even some of the buds still had stems attached. I've been going there exclusively for the last nine months as the service has always been exceptional. I'm a member of the rewards program too. I asked for something to help with my anxiety and was sent home with merchandise that created anxiety. With so many other venues, I'll be broadening where I purchase after today. read more

All the good reviews are just for free joints! Don't believe the hype it's not the worst place but it's def not the best. Don't expect to ever get a bud tender who's gonna give u any love on the weight that's for sure. Prices aren't as good as the staff thinks and they don't do anything special for regular customers or people who spend good with them. A lot of overpriced mids that they try and mix w a one ir 2 good strains 2 seem like they have good prices. Anything top shelf is still gonna be reg priced. One of the bud tenders is a chick who always has some type of attitude. Even when she's pretending to be nice you can tell it's fake. I mean u work around bud all day how bad can it be?? The owners or managers are like night and day. The woman is great and always nice and tends to take care of people the guy is not nice at all and has an attitude like buy or by. After trying the flower it's safe to say it wasn't flushed. Bad nutrient taste to both strains I've tried, a friend even commented. When I mentioned this to the budtender on my second visit he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. Cool. I know exactly what I'm talking about. I might have tried another strain but that response was silly, considering he didn't grow it or know anything about where or how it was grown when I asked. When I ask my patients how they liked a certain strain I recommended if they tell me they thought something was wrong with it I look into it and offer something they might like more, I don't tell them they don't know what they are talking about even when that's sometimes the case. The weirdest part of that exchange was that he forgot to put a cone I thought I paid for in my bag so I tipped him the price of the cone because I thought he slipped me a courtesy joint for my purchase. He chased me into the lot and stopped me as I was backing out asking if I wanted the cone. Uh, that's why I asked for it. I reparked and came back in and then he charged me for the cone. After tipping him ten bucks for telling me I don't know how to taste my own weed. Felt like a total sucker cuz dude was too high to bag an order. read more

This place is amazing, great meds from bottom to top shelf they range anywhere from 40-60 but those top shelf are just waaaaaayyyy strong(in a great way) well worth the extra few dollar's... The staff is amazing too they are actually very genuine and compassionate and besides all of that they take care of you and not only for the first time but time and time over. Been a loyal patient here for multiple years . Been through prices at $18/g $60-1/8th to now where it is almost exclusively 10/g 35$ 1/8th and I have to say , although they seem to be getting more and more popular it's becoming more and more like a busy Starbucks , where the baristas or bud tenders / receptionists have negative attitude and are constantly speaking to patients about alternative income sources since you guys are clearly not taking care of your employees , besides that - customer service on a management level is also quiet laughable ; I have had numerous negative experiences and never have I once been compensated fairly for the amount of headache I have had to deal with in regards to their internal mistakes. As a true medical patient with needs - keep looking unfortunately this isn't the spot and you should not become reliant on this dispensary as it will be sure to disappoint you eventually when you expect them to be compassionate .
