I called them at about 8pm and asked if they had room for a 9:15pm appt for 2 people. The lady was so nice on the phone and she said yes to a 1 hr massage. Well, I ended up going alone and so I felt bad...so I asked if they would do a 90 min special. She said yes! I said great! I needed foot massage anyway! You know...wearing heels all day everyday really takes a toll on a gal. Lol! But I sell real estate in heels. Lol! Anyway, I got brought into the room and it was quiet and relaxing...I see other people starting out with their foot massages too and I soaked my feet in warm water while Coco came and massaged my head and shoulders and neck! Omg! It felt sooo good to get a massage! It's been a year! And men I've dated haven't lasted as long with massages. Lol! Anyway, I fell asleep but she had moved onto my feet and I woke up to feeling a nice scrub on my legs and feet and then she washed/wiped it off and I was taken to a room where she worked on my back, legs, buttocks & shoulders and neck! So let me preface I've been here multiple times. The massage is good, one of the best I've had, therefore I'll drive the 30 min to them. However this last trip and massage I'm a little upset about. My hubby and I called to see if they had any appts they did. We drove the 30 min and went on our way. I had asked for 2 females and we got there and they said they only had one, I said well if I had to have a male I wasn't happy but it is what it is. Instantly they had a second female. HOWEVER........I had 3 different people work on me in a 20 min span. The front desk person first, the lady they found, and then all of a sudden they stopped the massage and took the towel off my eye and said "she has to go she has tummy trouble it's her period" and just left. All of a sudden some guy shows up and starts massaging me. Now I'm so confused, why start my massage if you have no idea what is going on. Through this confusion no one is massaging me and they're all talking in a different language and it's not very relaxing (yet they tell us to be quiet). I didn't get any extra time for this, I still paid the same for this, and I didn't get a sorry or anything. This annoyed me a lot. Frustrating to say the least. read more

1st time here. Prices were raised and I understand, a lot of things have been going up and price paid for two combos 30 min foot and 30 min body. Price for that was 50$ debit or if you pay cash 45$ ( I'm thinking they're doing this for the fee that may be processed when one pays with card on their end- not sure) The 30 min foot was okay for me. Didn't feel much pressure on my foot massage. My husband mentioned his foot massage was great. Water for foot massage was a bit cold. They massaged my head, but it was too light for me. Now I know to ask for a little bit stronger next time. Cleanliness- very very clean. I really liked that. Temperature check and they ask to sanitize hands. Full body massage- wished I would've gotten the 60 min. Linda massaged my back very well. Legs were simple and also wish there would've been more time in that. The stones are def a plus felt more relaxed, but I was not too comfortable. Felt like I couldn't really breathe. My husband also mentioned koko was great! He mentioned she massaged pretty hard to identify the places he was tired in. He didn't receive the stones so -1star. Would've expected it since it is included. My dearest friend brought me here and highly recommended this place. I am a big massage guy and would never pass up a massage opportunity or a highly rated recommendation for one. So when my friend suggested we try it, I ran at the opportunity. The place is in a shadey questionable strip mall with tight parking, but what Asian massage place isn't! We were greeted by a very friendly host who gave us a menu of massage options to choose from. The place was clean and serene and spacious unlike the parking lot :). We were then brought to the main room for a foot massage followed by a full body massage in a private room. My masseuse was friendly and hardly spoke English.... but what Asian masseuse does..lol. She didn't go as hard as I would have wanted her to and never asked if I wanted it softer or harder. I guess it might have been the language barrier. She also was quite gassy, belching discreetly every thirty minutes. Yes, that's what I just wrote. Overall my massage was good, not the best I have had but a solid B. Prices are good. The 90 minute combo massage was about 60 bucks. Place was clean and tidy. The masseuses seem to be clean , hygienic and very respectful. I got in there, where I was met by a gentleman who explained about the card points and he asked me how much pressure I liked and then brought me to a spot to sit down. Yo-yo really took her time to get out knots in my shoulders. It was very tight and she had her work cut out for her. She had strong hands. Lighting is dimmed and talking is limited to whispering as to not disrupt other guests. I wanted to do the 60 minute session, but I was short on time and I felt bad asking for the longer session, so I opted for the 30 minute massage; despite them offering the 60. Also, I was short on cash so the 30 minute was call I could do. Anyways. Mark was the therapist. He had asked a few questions to determine what he would work on and my pressure preference. I had gotten a massage an hour prior at another place in the same city-it was terrible. My body felt it needed to be redeemed, so I Googled and ended up at WI Massage. Mark did an amazing job despite the 30 minutes. My body felt so relaxed and rejuvenated, like it had actually gone through a 2 hour session. He was very receptive to my request and really did a phenomenal job; legs felt great after! Mark, please continue what you did for me. I wish I could have tipped more than just $20. You're a very professional and diligent therapist, it was pure business and this customer was very impressed. I will definitely follow your suggestion and try James next time. I strained my back and was in extreme pain for a month. After many pain relief prescriptions, 3 visits to the emergency room, a visit to urgent care and appointments to several specialists I went to Wa Massage. I had an hour massage which relived the pain almost instantly. I went for a follow up massage 4 days later and am now 100% back to normal. I highly recommend Wa Massage. Great experience! I found this place on Groupon. I would just call them and see if they'll give you a special price instead of using a Groupon. I paid $26 for the Groupon message, but the cashier said she's charge me $25 next time I come. The place is located in a pretty run down plaza, but don't let that discourage you. The place inside is big and clean. Big open space layout with many places to lay down. It looked like 30 people at once could be getting messages, but when we came it was just my Mom and I. We came right when it opened. We had our feet soaking in hot water as a lady gave us messages. There was also a tv in the room on mute. Typical spa music playing in the background. The first part of the message was good then we went into the rooms. We had the option of removing our clothes. The lady didn't make a big deal when we chose to keep our clothes on. The message felt great! Next time I go I want to try the heated stones on your back. The prices seemed very fair. They even take off a few dollars if you choose to pay cash.
