I'm aware that not all technicians will half ass the service but it's unfortunate because I was planning on tipping double of what I did today but decided not to since I was jipped on my time. Really solid massage place if you're looking for somewhere clean , friendly , and professional . Mark was helpful at the desk and quickly took my payment ( 35 cash for 60 min reflexology ) and got me seated in the main massage room . They had about 12-15 chairs and there were only two of us there - so I'd say 11:30 am is a good time to come if you don't want tons of people around . My only things I would change are that they had my feet sitting in a tub of once warm water that turned cold and eventually became uncomfortable . After the massage was over and I was stretching out , there was politics / news on the television in the main reflexology room . Even though the sound was off I It kind of killed the relaxed vibe for me post massage to see images of the low vibrational news . Be aware the 60 min is about half feet and half head and body massage . If you are looking for strictly feet , you might have to say ahead of time as it's not implied . Called here on a Saturday afternoon after a very hard shift. I really needed a foot massage and yelped for one and just picked the one with the most stars. Turned out to be a great choice. I was only a few minutes away and they told me to come in. Price was very reasonable for the hour and I added cbd oil for 5 bucks. They gave me a choice for a male or female masseuse which was a big plus. When I got there I changed my mind last minute and got a full body massage and they were totally cool about it . They led me to a small private and quiet room with dim lights. Wendy came in and worked her magic on me. From head to toe she worked on my muscles, my knots and gave me a few really good stretches. When she finally got down to my feet I was in heaven because that was the whole reason I was there. She used hot stones on me as well which was so nice. I really liked that I didn't need to schedule so that worked out really well with me since I am a mother and had an opportunity to escape for a little. Place is really dark inside and has relaxing music playing. I like the fountain in the front inside. It was my first time getting a message so it kinda hurt but it did help out with the pain on my neck that I had. Let me start with I've been coming here since 2019 pre-pandemic. My most recent visit was maybe 2 weeks ago. Lulu did my full body massage and she was amazing! She was nice, professional, and also gave a good quality massage. Pros: 1. Great customer service - to me this is #1 and will always make or break an experience 2. Private rooms - a lot of places in the area simply only have curtains. 3. Good prices - their 90min special is a deal that can't be beat! They also have stamp cards so you get a free $20 at the end of 10 visits which is awesome (I'm on my 3rd card so I'll let that speak for itself) 4. Clean restroom Cons: 1. Thin walled - so If people are loud when leave or coming in it's a little distracting and annoying. (See photos) 2. In a small plaza so parking is limited during peak day times. 3. Some of the therapist smoke and I've had one male give me a massage right after coming inside from smoking. I should have said something but I did not want to be rude. I smelled that smell for the first 40 min of my massage and he kept coughing. Not relaxing at all. 4. There is a price difference with card payment vs cash (which I don't agree with but several businesses do this unfortunately) 5. The tea served after the massage is not the best.
