So instead of providing me customer service she told me forward that to them and they'll respond. First off, I'm not in lighting. So as a person who was in need of renting lights for a teenagers birthday party, to get an email talking about 2500 deposit or 10000 in insurance policy, etc. for a light kit I found at several other places for $80 a day and not all this drama and tension. Glad she turned me off with her rude ass. Now.. the way life works.. I do work in the entertainment business for one of the largest networks. I will be sure to pass word to never mention this place around our offices for any productions or side projects.
