They mounted my front directional tire backwards--a mistake no professional shop should make. Directional tires are engineered to channel water away from the contact patch and maintain stability at speed. When installed in the wrong direction, the tread can actually pull water toward the center, increasing the risk of hydroplaning. On a motorcycle, where you only have two small contact patches keeping you upright, this is more than an inconvenience--it's a serious safety hazard! Beyond wet-weather traction, reversed directional tires can affect braking performance and cornering stability. The tire's internal construction is designed to handle forces in a specific orientation, and mounting it incorrectly can compromise both handling and longevity. Mistakes happen, but this one shows a worrying lapse in attention to detail. The day after service my trike was leaking tranny fluid. I called Pro-Power the mechanic told me to tighten up the tranny plate screws (that he left loose). I had to buy a set of short Allen wrenches to do the job. Never offered for me to bring bike back in; it's now my problem after paying him $600 the day before and him not properly tightening screws. I will NOT be back and neither will my father-in-law with his trike!
