The day after service my trike was leaking tranny fluid. I called Pro-Power the mechanic told me to tighten up the tranny plate screws (that he left loose). I had to buy a set of short Allen wrenches to do the job. Never offered for me to bring bike back in; it's now my problem after paying him $600 the day before and him not properly tightening screws. I will NOT be back and neither will my father-in-law with his trike!
